ashton houran I mostly disagree. I think it's 80% luck due to how many things can go wrong just by chance. For example: Bad stage and fighter scenarios (a stage with too many hazards or a small stage with too many fighters on it or team battles where your ai teammates die), the ai perfect guarding too much, good items spawning next to ai, boss moves have tiny warning attack animations and don't have a set pattern.

THE 1 V 1 parts take skill ill give the game that, but honestly, forced into a 8 free for all at luigis mansion... and they just will not fucking die and keep bouncing 200%hp inside the mansion and will not fly out the sides. Or 8 players on fucking animal crossing stage. I am so frustrated with this challenge I already broke my game pad screen. I force myself to not smash my wii. I dont know why I care so much about this stupid challenge but I swear I have come so close just to fail. Without taking damage?? Really? -_- That's only possible if you use TAS because there is no way a human player can go unscathed in 9.0 Nothing Harder. My easiest contender of lightweight in 3DS Classic 9.0 is Kirby with no customs; and i raised my score from 699k points to 764k points, i could've gotten a higher score but i lost a life on stage 5 vs Fighting Mii Team.
I can’t commend you enough for accomplishing this, brother.👏🏽I only managed to beat Classic Mode at 9.0 difficulty in the 3DS version with Ike, and while the AI is a lot harder in the 3DS version, it’s a LOT more annoying and difficult to deal with in the WiiU version. Plus, you don’t have a giant fortress of death and despair to traverse through.

Well, Marth isn't "better". Lucina and Marth are around the same. Thing is, tipper is very unreliable, you can get a tipper even if you didn't want to, or miss a tipper when you clearly got a tipper. Lucina, in my opinion is better, because her consistent damage is stronger (I believe) than Marth's non-tipper.

Just a suggestion, stop depending so much on using Bowser's Side B to take out opponents because it makes you look inexperienced by just spamming that special attack and not relying on other moves. Sure that special attack is effective but my point is you have to be versatile.
I could never beat that challenge, and while I do enjoy the scale of difficulty in this version of classic mode, the worst part about it is that you only get 2 lives no matter the difficulty and if the difficulty goes down by half after you lose all your lives, there is no way to make it go back up. I feel like they should've made an option where you could pay a little extra coins to make the difficulty go back up and keep your rewards. Seriously, what were the developers thinking?
I like using the Fire Shot (good for mid-range damage), Dash Slash (good for horizontal recovery+taking out several Miis in 1 hit), Flying Fortress (good for recovery), and Bowser Bomb (good for hitting multiple opponents when you're stuck fighting 5-7 opponents.) I've used Auto-Healer and two Diamond Shells as my equipment for a long time, but I think I'm going to switch to using much more Attack and only a little Defense because Bowser is so heavy already, he won't be launched easily. The difference the equipment makes is often negligible because if the computer gets Dragoon or a Golden Hammer, you're screwed no matter what. But if you have more Attack power, you could end up finishing matches much quicker, before the RNG can screw you over. Plus, you really shouldn't be getting hit by any of the Master Core forms, but you need to do as much damage as you can to it quickly. My problem is even GETTING to Master Hand. Once I do, I'm pretty confident I can beat it without losing a life.
I remember the new kid Icarus for 3ds it was tough as heck on hard mode BUT preeetty rewarding if you did certain deals weapons and such where better too

Just a suggestion, stop depending so much on using Bowser's Side B to take out opponents because it makes you look inexperienced by just spamming that special attack and not relying on other moves. Sure that special attack is effective but my point is you have to be versatile.

I could never beat that challenge, and while I do enjoy the scale of difficulty in this version of classic mode, the worst part about it is that you only get 2 lives no matter the difficulty and if the difficulty goes down by half after you lose all your lives, there is no way to make it go back up. I feel like they should've made an option where you could pay a little extra coins to make the difficulty go back up and keep your rewards. Seriously, what were the developers thinking?

I like using the Fire Shot (good for mid-range damage), Dash Slash (good for horizontal recovery+taking out several Miis in 1 hit), Flying Fortress (good for recovery), and Bowser Bomb (good for hitting multiple opponents when you're stuck fighting 5-7 opponents.) I've used Auto-Healer and two Diamond Shells as my equipment for a long time, but I think I'm going to switch to using much more Attack and only a little Defense because Bowser is so heavy already, he won't be launched easily. The difference the equipment makes is often negligible because if the computer gets Dragoon or a Golden Hammer, you're screwed no matter what. But if you have more Attack power, you could end up finishing matches much quicker, before the RNG can screw you over. Plus, you really shouldn't be getting hit by any of the Master Core forms, but you need to do as much damage as you can to it quickly. My problem is even GETTING to Master Hand. Once I do, I'm pretty confident I can beat it without losing a life.
