If I could tre flip like you did after that 5050 Kickflip, I would only ever leave the house to film new angles of my tre flip and spend the rest of my time with my hands down my pants observing the footage. They’re beautiful.
I find it amazing that you can have your nut on the axle like that without running into issues - there is so much room for the wheels to travel side to side along the axle, and bounce around.
For the axle nuts - I run spacers so I tighten them all the way down. Zero wheel wiggle and bearings still spin freely. Spacers save bearings and everyone should run them IMO. Also when you're gripping I recommend only doing half at a time. Just peel the paper halfway and fold it back.
I am cautious of the not pushing the skate tool down when I tighten the nut. In the past, when learning, I dented my bearing by pushing the tool down when tightening it. I need older shoes with new grip. Except on bowl setups. The grippier the better. That is rad ledge but definitely way to high for me, but sick. You have some rad spots.
Dude you’re getting good I’ve been watching your recent stuff and your shredding! I’d love to move back to van, love from Calgary keep up the good videos!
You should use spacers and washers. that way you can tighten the nut all the way. The reason for doing it is actually because the truck aint built to handle force going sideways.
You got the most Italian name ever ❤ I just setup a new 8.38 Welcome and I pretty much used same sizes as you. 52mm wheels FTW ! Mind if I ask, since my board shape is kinda bigger on the nose and thinner on the tail, which trucks would you ideally run ? I got 149 but they stick out a little from the nose.

They don’t seem to give me issues. 🤷♂️

3 spacers is the meta
Great video Adriano 🤩

Thanks Wes!
Fun sessions!
Yeah man, axels flush with the nut is the way.
52s, 149 hollows, 8.5
damn you guys warmed up and started going nuts
👊👊😊
Commenting for the algorithm
What does that mean?
@@stevensepic. the more interaction a video gets, like comments and likes. The better chance it gets to be put into peoples feeds.
Weather looking good in British Columbia
You want an extra speed washer or two to keep the nut flush but loose all that wheel slop 😁
I'll try that out next time I remove my wheels. Thanks :)
about to setup an 8.38 on 149's today! hoping it's the sweet spot
how did it go bro? im considering getting an 8.38 with 149s and 54mm wheels
@@sadstefig good for ledge skating / flatground, but for me (6', size 11.5 feet) 8.5 w 149 feels more comfortable on transition/mini ramp/DIYs

You dunno you need new wheels until you get new wheels and if you get new bearings too - it’s the best!
I tighten my wheels the same way as you lol!
Yeea!
Jessup!!!!
Can't go wrong with F4 classic 99s, don't think i'll ever skate another wheel
They sold me 101 as 99 and I’m suffering inside
🖤🖤
What’re the benefits of skating sanded-down grip? Like ur kick flips don’t stick as much?
Yeah exactly. But these days I'm barely sanding it.
@@fiore_adriano cool thanks for the feedback!
Dame $65 for wheels 😢
Canadian though.
