- Hi, my name is Dan, I am simple Russian man. My dream was to learn to speak English. And thanks to this channel and the help of my dear Adorables , I now speak English !
Today I will explore an area of the city of Krasnodar that combines rural nature and at the same time has all the urban infrastructure! This area is called “Yubileiny” (Юбилейный), or YMR (ЮМР) for short, it is located in the southeast of the city of Krasnodar and borders the Kuban River.

Never say never, my friend. You can definitely visit Russia if you try. I put in for a visa, got it approved and got plane tickets to visit next month. It’s not too difficult if you save up for it gradually.
I wouldn't like to live in high rise apartments being raised in the OZARKS. Fishing hunting farming. To many people😮. But enjoy❤

Hi Dan, I enjoyed today’s video. I love the water. The trees that Susie’s dad makes baskets from is called a “Weeping Willow” tree in the United States. They grow near water also here. They are one of the first trees in the spring to turn green. 💚
The tree with the long beans hanging is a “Catalpa tree”, it is a Cherokee Indian name.
The picnic houses are called “shelter houses” in English.

I paddled my kayaks and camped on many rivers in Florida and our Moto was, "Leave No Trace!" and "Pack It In and Pack It Out!" When you leave, no one could ever know you were there. I still hug trees and thank them for giving me oxygen and shade. I love the idea in Russia that you have fruit trees everywhere. Instead of planting just a tree, plant a fruit tree. It could feed someone that's hungry one day in the future. I believe Russia does think about the people and the future more than the $$ going to the top people as it does in the US. I wish I could live there but it's too late in my life now. I love your videos Dan. You can be proud of your district. Several years ago you said it best, "we have enough dirt''. Why does the government want to expand and take over more 'dirt' ? Your area is magnificent. It should be celebrated with tourism, business, and economic expansion. Your videos do a lot to sell Russia and your command of English is no doubt the envy of many Russians.

What a relief for the families living in the big apartments to have such a lovely river and little slice of nature so close to home.
I have never seen Russia looking so good and normal.
You would love Oregon Dan the jungle is all around me. We bought a little piece of property so we could have chickens for eggs. We planted a small garden for vegetables. We don't like store bought because of all the chemicals they spray on them.This has been a dream and finally we got here. Keep your pursuing your dreams and persistent as you did learning English you are amazing and a loving person with your family, your life and what's in your heart and have let us into your life. Our parks often have picnic tables like you show. Sometimes inside a shelter, sometimes just outside. We call the seats on picnic tables a bench.

The tree that makes baskets is called a willow tree. Here in the US we also have little houses for picnics in our public parks. We call them pavilions and they cost $150 to rent for 3 hours. Are your apartment buildings very noisy? Can you hear your neighbors in the building? Does the noise keep you awake at night? It is so beautiful there with the trees and birds. In my American town, they tend to cut trees down to make grassy lawns and our birds get poisoned by chemicals used to kill insects. Not so many birds as there used to be when I was a child. I miss hearing birds singing all day. It is a beautiful city we visited with you today. I enjoyed it very much. Many blessings to you and your little family. See you next time.
I'm sorry you don't have an many birds today. Where I live the bird population has grown, including some that never used to stay all year. Where I live, we have many trees, birds, squirrels, flowers, etc.

I can say that Dan calling it a "tobacco tree" reminded me that we like to leave a cigarette in a particular notch of the Catalpa tree for Uncle C. It's a special tree. o/

Kind of makes me think of Pittsburgh, except there they have three rivers. Don't let the little doggie fool you. Chihuahuas are excellent guard dogs! Ankle biters! You would love coming here to the US and seeing all the millions of miles of hiking trails. My favorite is Acadia but it's gotten too crowded. A nice quiet place like that riverside would be nice. I would be picking up garbage every day. I do it here at our parks. People everywhere can be rude and irresponsible.

Your Eva tree is called Weeping Willow here in the USA. We make baskets & even outdoor chairs from it. I have 3 in my yard, 2 females and a male Mulberry Trees.
Willow is also used as a rooting hormone to stimulate growth for cuttings! You can put a bit of willow in a glass of water and add a variety of clippings such as rose and keep it full… then wait 🌱

@TheSheekozFamily Hydrocycle is a very good description; probably the best description. But we call it a jet ski. Think of mountain skiing but on water. 🎿
We called the Tobacco Tree Cigar Tree when I was a kid. It's latin name is Catalpa Speciosa and is also commonly called just Catalpa or even Worm tree because fishermen use the Catalpa moth caterpillar as bait.

I live on a tree farm, surrounded by pine trees. We have a river we enjoy, also. Blessed. I love the willow your father in law makes baskets from...they are great trees. Thank you for the interesting tour! That white sand reminds me of a place in norther Saskatchewan, Canada, I visited, called God's Lake Narrows. Beautiful! I'm constantly surprised by the fruit trees there- somehow I thought it would be more like northern Canada where fruit trees do not survive the cold.
