Hello Dear Annemarie, if I had had an opportunity to know your job four years ago I certainly would be speaking English very well today. Thank you for your marvelous job🙏🏾
Hapy new year miss. Your videos are useful and in detail as always. Thanks for this lesson. I have a request for a video. Please make a video on it if possible. Higher pitch vs lower pitch and how to end sentences in lower pitch.
Very clear explanation and great examples ❤❤. Could you please make a video of mixed conditional two + three too? How is it different from third conditional? Could you p.s help? Thanks a lot and Lots of Love for the great work.❤❤❤❤
Thank you for the video suggestion. I have a few videos on conditionals. You can find them on my website in the video library, www.speakconfidentenglish.com/category/conditionals-in-english/
@@Speakconfidentenglish I have understood third conditional very well. Thank you so much for the great work once again. I am looking forward for mixed conditional 2+3. I would like to know how it differs from third conditional. I would be greatly obliged if you could do it. Apart from stative verbs ,can we make mixed conditional 2+3 with action verbs also ? Hope to hear from you. Thanks 🙏🙏 and Lots of love 💕💕💕.
If I had watched this video earlier, I would be able to master mixed conditionals sooner. If I hadn't spent so much money on things I like, I would have had money to buy things I need now.
Great example and perfect use of the mixed conditional form, Anna! The good news is, we can always make progress. (I feel the same way about my French.)
Hi Annemarie! Will there be a follow-up video discussing the mixed conditional pattern: 'If you were nice, he wouldn't have stolen your wallet'? It's somewhat different from, for example, 'If I hadn't come across that man, I would still have my wallet on me now.' While both 'If you were nice' and 'I would still have my wallet on me now' refer to unreal present situations, they are not exactly the same (in my opinion). If you could elaborate on the difference between the two, it would be awesome!
Pls teacher could you reply on my question I have been wondering about the answer If I want to say ; If I tell him what do you think He will say What is the correct condition should we use and why?
Hello and thank you for the question. It looks like you're using the First Conditional form here, indicating that it is likely or possible that you will tell "him" something. You can learn more about the first condition here: www.speakconfidentenglish.com/conditionals-part-1/
In the example provided, the verb 'tell' is in the present simple and 'will' is used. This follows the first conditional pattern. You can get all my lessons on conditionals here: www.speakconfidentenglish.com/?s=conditionals
When we use "If I were..." it is imagining an alternative present moment, so we need to indicate that in the second clause. To do so, we would say, 'If I were hungry right now, I would eat an apple."
Dear Annamerie , Amazing and very instructive ,, Always a pleasure to watch your video ❤❤❤
I'm so glad it was instructive! Thank you for watching.

Hey, yes, absolutely. I'm working on a Part 2 of Mixed Conditionals which will be available in this coming months. 😊
