- Steak Empanadas | Chef Tom X All Things Barbecue
We're all about steak, now take that steak and marinate it, then grill it and put it into a meat pie, and we're all set. Chef Tom shows how to make a simple variation of steak empanadas. He first grills skirt steak from Creekstone Farms and then he makes a soffritto and adds the steak to create a meat pie filling that's tender and tasty. This one isn't difficult and it uses easy-to-find ingredients, you simply must try this one!

Love that you are using a butcher knife. I stay using the faberware self sharpening butcher knife. For 10 bucks and stays sharp I think it's a great knife

When you say bath,what is in the bath or is it just water
Looks delicious, but adding olives, onions, and red peppers doesn't come close to sofrito, lol. You should now do a sofrito video to truly inform your viewers. Keep up the solid cooking.
