Quake Timedemo on an Amiga 1200 with PiStorm32-Lite & Raspberry Pi 4

  • This is Quake running on an Amiga 1200 with a PiStorm32-List & Raspberry Pi 4. The setup is entirely passively cooled and has not been overclocked.
    Unfortunately, my video capture hardware is not great, it struggled with the darker tones of Quake.

    I get like 8-9 on my 060@100Mhz/zz9000 system (Clickboom Quake)

    After all, here the Amiga is doing as a passive “spectator”, because all the work is done by PiStorm. It's like putting components from a PC into an Amiga chassis and running Quake xd

      Not really, no. The entire chipset is still in use, especially for the AGA version.
      That is no more true than saying that an 030 accelerator with an RTG makes an Amiga a passive spectator.
