Games where sound affects danger has taught me how to play this. Left 4 Dead taught me not to do obvious loud things, Dying Light taught me that simpler things are deadly. And many more games.
These games also are a good thing in terms of actual real life model learning. In an event of danger coming from a sentient or semi-sentient creature (a human or a big predatory animal) it is best to avoid emitting light or sound as to not attract the threat. Playing such games teaches us a mindset of stealth in case of a threat to us present in vincinity and also makes us develop mental coping mechanisms to act even despite experiencing fear of unknown or poorly described threat (the latter is even worse than the former, bc when you only manage to get a glimpse or some sound of the hunter, that´s the moment your amygdala gets kickstarted to scare the fuck outta you).

You know the monsters are well designed, when it wasn't even a jumpscare when they saw the tall ones for the first time. But they were so horrified at it's appearance, all they could do was scream in terror.
Both igp and icy has the fastest reaction to scream together. Around 0.2 seconds after either a visual or audio jumpscare, either of them would have already started screaming 😂😂
From what I can gather so far from this video.. they’re like bees or ants. There’s a nest that they all seem to bring food in and breed at which would explain why all the skeletons, including yourself once captured, are there and why they’re all around it. The spider-like one seems to be like a Queen due to her massive size and extremely distinct appearance compared to the others which I would assume are males. The ones that are seemingly still and looked like they’re on spikes and split down the middle I would assume are more like scouts or watchers that would alarm the others which would explain their scream and the sudden appearance of the others. That’s just my assumption. The fact that they’re also underground creatures would heavily explain their blindness and their sensitivity to noise. It would also explain their reaction to your light when you’re close enough because of their adaptation to the darkness which would be highly sensitive to them. All in all it’s just an assumption based on what I’ve seen so far. I could be wrong, but hey, it’s just a theory. A game theory! Jk lmao
