    is there anyway to do this leveling automatically like on imovie ?

    • @Graphicious
      @Graphicious  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You mean normalization? Yes, in project settings (I think it’s on by default) and now in Camtasia 2021, also for each clip.

    The green line doesn't always show. How do I access that?

    • @Graphicious
      @Graphicious  ปีที่แล้ว

      It should show when you select the audio clip, unless the clip doesn't have any audio or if it's been 'silenced'. Right-click it and select "Restore audio", see if it shows up.

    is there any way to set all audio points to reduce at once to 100%

    • @Graphicious
      @Graphicious  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can't do it with all audio points AND keep the audio points. What you can do is right click on the click and say "Remove all audio points". That will essentially remove all points and set the clip volume to 100%. But you do lose the points.

      @@Graphicious thank you.. yes tried like that. But if they give that type of feature. So no need to lose the audio points

    In Camtasia, when I record both system audio and microphone audio I get an echo and really distorted recording, like those two sounds are out of sync. When I mute one, the other thats left sounds much better. What can I do to get them synced? Since this way I have to give up on system audio in favour of microphone recording...and would like to have them both together in very good quality. I have a very good microphone, thats not the cause

    • @Graphicious
      @Graphicious  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Is the system audio also playing through the microphone audio? It might mean you have it capturing the system sound from the speakers as well as internally. Are you wearing headphones when you record?

      Yes I do have headphones on. I can plug them into laptop and into microphone aswell, its 3.5mm jack.
      What configuration I should make in order to separate those two sound sources? In plain english please 🤣

      @Graphicious  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Camtasia should record microphone and system sound separately by default. That's what it does for me. I don't know what might be wrong on your system if it's capturing both on one track. Best to ask Techsmith support about it. They can look at your particular system.
