This is one of the most amazing info packed videos on chord relationships i have ever seen. Incredible teaching Talent. Thank you so much for making it something that the average guitar player can grasp and utilize in song writing and expression !!!🤙
Love this. You’re presenting chord relations as if you’re solving a puzzle. Thanks.
Another direct hit, my guitar ignorance is dying slowly ......great lesson Ricky!
Thanks for a beautiful chord visualization map explanation of the major, minor and borrowed chord position forever ingrained into our memory to spice up the way we can play guitar more interestingly. The power chord and the [+7] chord is the next thing we can do to improve our learning process. Now we know why we can use borrowed chords and where to play them.
They say he changes when the sun goes down, around here....
Very helpful video !! Thanks !
This is great- thank you! I just started sharing videos on my TH-cam channel in the hope of making music literacy accessible to all. Learning to read music opens up a whole new world for musicians.
Thanks so much!
Simply, Brilliant!
K-OS, a great but relatively unknown Canadian artist from Toronto, used these types of progressions a lot. The songs _Crucial, Sunday Morning_ & _Crabbuckit_ are all good examples.
Matt Mayes, another great under the radar Canadian artist uses a lot as well. _On the Hood_ is a good example.
Thank you Ricky.
This info is gold.
Very important lessons
L7 - Forever!
Kings of Leon : Don’t matter
It has exactly that chord progression
I was following you til you brought out the grid, then confusion ensued. Will have to watch more after work and hope I can get it.
Agreed very confusing
Why do people pick up the guitar
