As of December 26th, 2023 this still works. I couldn't get the lobby door opened by opening the car door, but leaving a little room and jumping between the car and the lobby door opened up Konpeki Plaza. Everything else was pretty straightforward. Jumping onto the ledge from the slanted roof took a few tries, but I got it by jumping parallel to the ledge instead of aiming for it - somehow I grabbed something midair that let me climb up. Good luck!
Didn’t have air dash or double jump just the charged legs and managed took little bit to get the front gate to open but it did so can confirm it still works to this day good luck to any future peeps tryna attempt it (also thanks for the guide quick and straight to the point and appreciate two different approaches to enter and exit)

Also, theres a third exit, if you're at the very top and have double jump and air dash you can jump from the tippy top and land in nearby water, hard to explain, but assume you just grabbed satouri, turn 180° and jump onto the railing, then jump from that, with double jump and dash

Works great, but if u dont have dash, then if you get back down to street level the way you came up and in one of the corners outside there is a rock you can stand on and double jump over the fence onto the road , hope this helps!

the sensor room and the lobby entry is under the roof garden glass panels near the panels if that helps, for those gotta retrace steps that dont have air jump, also a tac vest near the exit hatch.

I guess you'll need to use a car to get through the first door? Using a motorcycle (Jack's Arch) doesn't work. Problem is that you don't have your car at the very early point of the story (after Konpeki) and would have to wait or find another summonable car somewhere.
I tried today i could go in by my screen start glitching out like static-ky but black and white... when i run out of the building everything goes back to normal. It only start glitching out when im around or in the building.
Hey i have a problem, i did everything what video says to climp up all the way on top, but there was only Databank, i double checked my Inventory and my STASH there is no Satori (i didint picked it up from Story ever) So if anyone have any idea what to do?

I just did all of this!! I got the databank and the katana!! Those were the only two missing things I needed from Konpaki Plaza. I had everything else
So you remembered the iguana egg but you didn’t remember the databank and katana?

You can leave by doing an epic AC style base jump like a boss, or you can walk your ass down like some chump. Either way, you pick.

also dont try to jack in in the lobby computer, it wouldnt let me jack out
