Some of you in the comments really make my nuts itch. 1. I took me 1 1/2 hours to record this, 3 1/2 hours to edit and make a thumbnail for. You think I'd waste 5 hours of my life on a mixtape I've heard before? Use your brain. 2. I know some of you think it's impossible, but NOT EVERYONE HEARS ALL MUSIC AT THE SAME TIME! I know that's a crazy common sense way to think about it, but try.
Hereby Hereby yeah tell that dummy head, your opinion is held all high, your word is comparable to that of Jesus Christ. I used to love this album but now that you have spoken I have reformed my ways. Acid Rap 0/69
Yep, my favorite project ever. Put me on to real music as well. My ugly ass was listening to skrillex and hard trap music before I heard this and it really opened my mind to a whole new realm of music and made me feel something I never felt before (mind you this was before I tried drugs at all, if that matters). Absolutely loved this and it kind of breaks my heart to hear that Chance himself didn't really like it. That doesn't change my opinion on it though, can still listen to it on repeat, and sing the whole thing word for word. Thanks so much to Chance for damn near shaping my life to be what it is now.
Orange 13 yo you already know I fuck with Smino, that's my favorite Male artist (female is Ravyn) at the moment so trust me I know Blkswn is up there but I wouldn't even be into this shit if it weren't for Acid Rap, changed my whole entire taste in music forever

I appreciate your reaction and input on what your think of Chance the Rapper. I understand not everyone listens to the same shit at the same time. You're only human, and we've all been out of the loop in some scene at one point or another. The small amount of flak you got is undeserved and honestly quite petty. Which is why I think you should always take petty comments from petty people, as such. Anyway, subbed cause I've liked some of the stuff I've watched from you so far. Peace and love.
You get it dude. Acid Rap is my favorite project of all time, past, present and future. Your summary at the end was so perfect in describing what listening to this for the first time feels like. Mad respect and love
i’m watching this right now because it is one of the videos i watched some years back when i was a younger kid in my early years of high school now i’m 21
1. I'm actually happy that you hadn't gotten around to listening to it because we got a great reaction of you threatening suicide because of the absolute fire. 2. As much as I love most of Coloring Book, I don't think it's gonna beat Acid Rap. He creates a certain vibe for 8/10 of Coloring Book but a few songs like Juke Jam and Mixtape, they're not bad songs, they just don't fit that vibe. All of Chance's music is just so damn happy and will put you in a great mood no matter what.
Watching Shawn listen and dance to this mixtape was an absolute joy for me. This is hands down one of my top 5 records/mixtapes of all time and I was so happy to see Shawn enjoy it

first I cannot belive u have never heard this & the second half of Pusha Man is up there with Symphony 9 by Beethoven & Space Oddity by David Bowie.. imo

Acid rain is my favorite song ever period.
I remember last year when my school had a poetry day where you pick the best lines from whatever poems and share them, thats the song I picked lol
akeem Brown what line?
Kicked off my shoes, tripped acid in the rain
Wore my jacket as a cape, and my umbrella as a cane
The richest man rocks the snatch-less necklace
Spineless bitches in backless dresses
Wore my feelings on my sleeveless
My weed seedless, my trees leafless
I miss my diagonal grilled cheeses
And back when Mike Jackson was still Jesus
Before, I believed in not believing in
Yeah, I inhaled, who believed in me not breathing in.
Favorite Song is my favorite song
akeem Brown too added the cuss words n all😂
I like how on "Everything's Good" when the beats all compile up at the end and it's a mixture of almost every song on the mixtape.
No Good Lance when chance says "juke juke juke" it almost sounds like JUICE but it's actually from 10 day on his song Juke Juke

how did fantano give this a 6
Mason Sizemore cuz fantano isnt the best for hip hop reviews my dude. He has a few questionable ones, the Kanye one the most obvious.
Mason Sizemore cause the only thing Fantano considers hip hop/ rap is Kendrick Lamar
@@HookedonChronics Lmfao shawn is a far worse reviewer
