My favorite song by him ever is probably are we still friends. Tried to listen to flower boy and I don't know it just didn't hit with me. Just listened to it again for like the 3rd time all the way through and now I really get and enjoy the songs way more. Glitter is definitely my favorite (you hear that slowed beat muh boy?!). First time I heard "Garden Shed," I was taken to a place. Just the instrumentation, Estelle's vocals, what Tyler was saying, I just couldn't help but stare into space and absorb the music. Around 2:00 in the song where Estelle does that descending line destroys me every time.
Kra kn To me November is my favorite. The emotion in that song is palpable. Once it breaks down too and he is angrily lusting for the times of old. Shit is powerful.

This is the same comment i posted on Tabby's channel, but i feel like this needs to be said about the album. I have to say it. As of right now, Scum Fuck Flower Boy is my AOTY. I thought for sure DAMN. CTRL, Funk Wav Bounces, or even 4:44 would say otherwise, but this is something i would've never expected from Tyler, The Creator, and I say that with pure happiness and joy. This was the most pleasant listen i've had with an album, and though DAMN. Almost hit me the hardest with the ending with it's bleak and chill worthy lines, this has the exact opposite effect. With all of it's ups and downs, with the bangers of I Ain't Got Time and the sad songs like See You Again and the down to earth almost scary of Mr. Lonely, it all ends with the simple message that is never expressed in an album. "Enjoy Right Now, Today" It's safe to say i loved this album. I hope music in the future is as wonderful as this. First time I heard "Garden Shed," I was taken to a place. Just the instrumentation, Estelle's vocals, what Tyler was saying, I just couldn't help but stare into space and absorb the music. Around 2:00 in the song where Estelle does that descending line destroys me every time.

This is the same comment i posted on Tabby's channel, but i feel like this needs to be said about the album.
I have to say it. As of right now, Scum Fuck Flower Boy is my AOTY. I thought for sure DAMN. CTRL, Funk Wav Bounces, or even 4:44 would say otherwise, but this is something i would've never expected from Tyler, The Creator, and I say that with pure happiness and joy. This was the most pleasant listen i've had with an album, and though DAMN. Almost hit me the hardest with the ending with it's bleak and chill worthy lines, this has the exact opposite effect. With all of it's ups and downs, with the bangers of I Ain't Got Time and the sad songs like See You Again and the down to earth almost scary of Mr. Lonely, it all ends with the simple message that is never expressed in an album. "Enjoy Right Now, Today"
It's safe to say i loved this album. I hope music in the future is as wonderful as this.
