Two nice points Tom, those materials are sharp. I was hunting near Columbus Ohio one day on a “hot tip” that they were building a huge subdivision on a old Native camp site. Hunted all day and only found a freshly snapped in two Ashtabula damaged by a Earth Mover. I still have it all these years later👍🏻
Does that big Coshocton point that Jenny found have a nice spokeshave flaked into it? The Ashtabula is sweet👍🏻 .... hope you guys pull a lot more nice stuff from the woods dig! Hey Tom. New subscriber. Enjoy your adventures and knowledge. I found a piece of rough slate along the Ohio river with holes drilled through it. Don’t know if it’s an unfinished “banner” type stone or just roof slate. Would like to get your opinion at “ Unidentified Ohio River valley slate”. Utube.
