    Something really stinks about this story. It sounds like they're trying to cover up a sketchy use of exigent circumstance by branding the family as "ambushers." They killed his daughters, too? It's not an ambush if the homeowner wasn't expecting anyone to enter his home.

    If you read between the lines, it sounds like the police entered a home without a warrant and without a complaint and then got lit up. You can't just go into people's homes. it sounds like they were there for a simple possible disturbance in the area again in the area, and it was not for the home they entered. My point, I think the police made a big mistake here and put their people in harm's way. I don't believe the police they lie all the time to cover their tracts. So claiming they heard something in the house next door. The police kicked in the door, they claim it was kicked in but that is not true they kicked it in. Look all I'm saying is from what I hear, if you know how the police operate, this is what happens.
    Police got a call for a home in that area. Then heard some commotion in the home down the street or next door. Commotion is not a crime. Then he kicked in the front door of a home with no warrant and got shot at. At this point, the police without question will say anything to make it look like they did nothing wrong. I don't trust them, If you go kick in random homes in America with no warrant you are putting your officers in danger and doing it unlawfully. This stinks. if this turns out to be what I think it is. If I was the family of the officer who passed I would sue the crap out of the department for lack of training, officers should never go into a home without a warrant unless they see something crazy or hear someone screaming for help. it must be something big. They can't just say we hear noises or commotion, I have 3 teens if you come by my home most of the time you will hear the commotion. I don't believe for one second the door was kicked in, The police kicked it in that is their MO. Also, everyone in that home belonged there, The police kicked in the door of a random home and got cops killed and hurt. This is what I think happened at this time, facts or honest evidence can and will change my opinion.
    At this time I would bet my savings account the kicked-in door was the cops. they do this all the time but don't get caught because they make an arrest but in this case, they effed up big time. So now they are claiming the door looked like it was kicked in already. I don't believe that for a second.

    There is nothing "concerning" about guns being in a family home. What is concerning is the S h Griff department making entry into that home based on a neighbors claims. A disturbance is not an excuse to break into someone's house. The sheriff gave conflicting information and it took reporters questions to get basic facts. What should be straightforward sounds convoluted and that's suspicious.

    • @helloagain6524
      @helloagain6524 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I know this is rage bait, but I’ll bite. what the sheriff said is that the deputies heard a commotion in someone’s home. They saw that the back door was broken and the glass shattered. This led to probable cause allowing the deputies to enter the home even without a warrant. Just saying this, so then people can see that you’re dumb and completely wrong and that you don’t understand what you’re talking about

      Ambush traps are often set by people who want revenge for a previous encounter involving police misconduct. There are many people who will not forgive and forget such encounters. They believe in getting even and then some. Media will never tell details on these stories because the truth is ugly and painful for these who still live in Oz.
