Nice video. We recently visited Louisville for the first time to see a concert at the Yum center. Downtown and Whiskey Row were pretty cool. Being Fall, the drive was beautiful as well.
I especially liked your discussion of empty nesters considering moving INTO the city limits. This is what we are considering some day. After a lifetime of shuttling kids, yard maintenance, and generally putting others before ourselves, we love the idea of being able to walk to corner bars, coffee shops, and restaurants! Being in an interesting and vibrant neighborhood with the time to enjoy it sounds fun.
We're also considering St.Louis and Chicago for the same reasons. Looks like we should put Louisville on our list.
