I'm going to find out and tell you all what the restrictions are on this lake. You know, I'm not sure if there's any jet skis or anything like that. It's a small community lake, but they're sailboats out here, fishing boats. Now, I see there’s a what appears to be a public launch over there on the other side. Clear on the other side. And you got steps going down and steps going down here to your fishing dock.
[00:05:28] And it is just beautiful. So keep it for privacy. Buy it for privacy or buy it for a 2nd home there. Anyway, let's go in. You won’t miss a detail here, and I'm going to go over a lot of details, but talk can or look here on the Web site for more information. Marble floors, this sweeping curved staircase going up and then just ends right into the wall. Fabulous job. The workmanship in this house is really key. If you look around and be very critical and I look at property with a very critical eye, you will see absolutely everything is done to perfection. Their effects on every wall. This would work. That's real craftsmanship, real workmanship. And that's not easily duplicated today.

And then there's it's large enough to have a whole extra house in the basement. So I'm sure that to you as well. But we like to call it 4 bedrooms, but it's really quite a bit more than that.
