Lets all do the best we can but also except the fact that playing live is over. I respect ruth for everything she does. I still believe it starts with carpal tunnel are over playing. There is honestly no way to beat it. Just managing it. I did what some guy said for a month. Work on many pieces in a day at 10 minute intervals. Didnt really help. So I went from playing anything I wanted for hours to 10 minutes on each? It's a curse and unfortunately some of the most sensitive musicians they seen to be targeted. Tragic really
