Definitely appreciate this video and I dunno what's wrong with people hating. You answered the question fair and square about the fundamentals of how metal needs to be fixed and not half-assed. Good work!
I have the same model and there’s a dent in mine. I just did it today, but I remember popping mine out of my car when I was high school. I used a soft head hammer. I also put a towel behind it just in case. 😬 so I’m going to give it another try to get this dent out of my challenger.
you either take years to learn the trade, or just spend a few hundred dollars and call a pro! :) l just posted a long-form video a few minutes ago to show the entire process. check it out!
@@dentrepairjax I just bought a used car at the dealership and bought the paintless dent repair warranty for 5 years! So I will be calling a "Pro" next time I need a dent fixed!
@@dentrepairjax 2016 Lexus ES 300h with 76,000 miles and still looks brand new! It's black exterior and baige interior. It still has that new car smell! Got it for $21,700
What a waste of time just a video telling u to take it to someone else to fix it. lol only reason someone is watching is to do it themselves and save money
Lol i was wondering why this got so many dislikes...DIY people clearly not wanting to hear the advice of “take it to a pro” 😂😂🤣😭🤣 Repair came out awesome 👍🏾
It’s not easy … there’s are probably some videos on how to totally remove it.. I usually just heat it up to soften the plastic then pry it down being careful not to damage the fender in the process …
The title of your vid is deceiving. I read, then watched, assuming you would explain the characteristics of the metal to answer the question ‘why’ does it behave this way. 🤦♂️

Did you just leave out the main part of why I watched this video.

Daquavis- watch my recent videos- I got better I promise! That video is REALLY old!

Did it work?
As PDR Guys know, if We can soften the dent up and release some of the tension and work it out softly, the panel won't warble. 😊
Always trying to avoid that Warble!!
Good info, the final work you did of getting it there, maybe via time lapse, would have been super helpful.
Thanks for the feedback 👍🏽
great to watch your videos.
Thanks Allen!
So what did you do to make it look flat again? That's the part I want to know!
U pray

How did you remove the cover to get to the dent?
There are a few plastic pin clips you have to remove that hold the cover in

Kyle gets it!!🤣
what exactly was the point of this video if you’re just going to tell people to go to a pro?
The point of the video was to answer the question in the title... sorry it wasn’t the answer you were looking for🤙🏽
There is a pannel right above the tire and it blocks the fender so i cant get to it 😑 i have a 2020 challenger
That’s a plastic liner…. You gotta remove it
@@dentrepairjax do you know if it just pops in and out of place? or is it Difficult to remove?

How Can I Do It On My 2012 Volkswagen Jetta?
Depends on the dent.. how bad is it?
It's Not Bad

depends on size severity and location... this one would be 450 retail
I wanted to watch the “professional” part buddy .

Thumbs down, you should have shown the process of removing the dent from start to finish.
Computron- check out my new videos. Start to finish 💪
