90% of these will live in environments just like this one. This is a great format!
This video starts at 3:48.
Great Video. Love the format. I don't know if you have done a City Living Review before (I had not noticed any prior) but that is spot on. That's my life. Often start off with a car wash, end up in a Parking garage or Some other store and will often drive my truck or car around the town. Keep up the great work!! Hope to see more using this type of format. Thanks.
Love the Eruption Green. Good thorough review Sir !! 😊
Most honest reviews on the Tube.
8:45 there was a major issue for the 2.7 where they were self-destructing in the Broncos. It is not a new engine but the Broncos had serious issues:
"The investigation centers around the engine’s valvetrain, which can cause the engine to fail and render the turbocharged off-roader inoperable." - NHTSA
Have they fixed the 2.7 issue?

What?
@@Joe-eg7ml Ford has already fixed the issue with the 2.7 that the poster above is blowing WAY out of proportion
@@jmc6000 thanks just wanted to confirm. Want to order bronco with 2.7
If I ever got a Bronco, which I won't, it would be a two door in eruption green. Such a gorgeous color on it!!
Nice.
Really, a car wash. I wont even bother with the rest of the video. Thats 3 :48 seconds of my life i will never get back
You made a comment about the engine sounds “grainy, noisy”. You may be hearing the synthesized “Enhanced Engine Sound” that is being pumped through the speakers. This is something that can easily be disabled through FORScan. With it disabled, you don’t really hear the motor. You have to dip into the throttle to hear it a little bit.
Also, you can disable the auto start/stop through FORScan.
If you have the LUX package, you can also enable stop & go with the adaptive cruise control via FORScan.
We just like listening to you talk LOL
Which is the more reliable engine the i4 turbo or v6 turbo?
I remember being hyped for the Bronco.
Wow, 46k for the Outer Banks version I wanted, that seems fine.
Nice! they're out. ...and that version is $84,000 unless you want to wait until 2022.
Oh, the roofs are falling apart in 2 months.
Oh, the MPG is beyond abysmal.
Oh, the B&O system sounds like tin can phone.
Oh, they extended long wait times until 2023.
Oh... now Outer Banks starts at 46k and the version I wanted (Outer Banks + V6 + High package) is $52,080 and dealers are still charging 8-12k over sticker.
Let's see....had my Bronco for six months, and the hardtop is just fine. MPG is averaging 18.8 and I live at 5,000 feet plus - it's not an economy vehicle. If you're into it for mileage - buy and electric car.. B&O system is fine if you tweak the settings. It took 3.5 months from the time the vehicle was ordered to receive it - that's in line with the five other vehicles I've custom ordered. So, it sounds like you are just like the typical Internet expert who has an opinion and no actual experience.
Hello Sam.
Interesting and good review of living with the Ford Bronco Wildtrak. Are you ever going to do a review of the Land Rover Defender?
Next week
Dose it have a outoholde?
Auto stop/start is horrible in the summer. The only system I like are hybrids and MBs with the 48v mild hybrid that use an electric motor for the AC compressor.
Agree, it's not good. The low gearing of the transmission and the differentials make our Wildtrak jump a little when it kicks back on.
Then turn it off. There's a switch to do that. OR, you can buy the Ford Performance Tuner and it will reprogram the vehicle so that it stays in the mode selected when the vehicle is turned off. If the A.S.S. is "off" when the vehicle is turned off it will be "off" the next time the vehicle is started. Or, you could continue to make whiney comments on the Internet rather than being proactive and simply fixing something you don't like.
Nice review. Don’t they come with step runners?
As an accessory
@@TestDrivenTV Yes, several different styles from Ford, and MANY aftermarket, depending on your needs.
So do you think a 2 door black diamond, non sasquatch with 32 steelies wheels/tire would be a better compromise on the streets?
We haven't driven one yet
@@TestDrivenTV you should, not everyone want top of the the line trim/offroader. Most owners won't even take them out. Me I want a mid trim thats compliant on both on and off road. Not going rock crawling or anything extreme like that. More off the beaten path, sand/beach, etc with getting decent gas mileage for what it is.
Many of us think they want that until they drive it and realize the black diamond non sasquatch package is probably more for them.
We'd love to but it's not usually a choice we get to make. Auto manufacturers give us what they want reviewed. It's the highly loaded high profit models they want shown off, we rarely if ever get access to a base model of anything. Base models always sell out even if they are not reviewed. This is the case with the Bronco as well.
@@TestDrivenTV Ok
This is not a city car 😂. It’s a monster!
What's ur favorite color on the Bronco?
White. I live in NM and in the summer, the only vehicle color that makes any sense is white.
I see a lot of used Bronco’s with lear that 18k -20k miles. Thats kind of keeping me away from buying one.
people car flipping if they cant afford it as well.
I hate to think what those dirty, rotating brushes are doing to the paint
Just watched a few reviews on the Wildtrak I thought it was interesting that Sarah-n-Tuned tested the Sam exact one. Same license plate number. I know not really that earth shattering information. But she’s hot. Ha!! 😁
Yep. She films not far from us.
@@TestDrivenTV Oh ok I figured probably near by. 😁👍
8:28 totally cut that dude off. 😅
Come on now. Scratch the clear coat car wash. Ugh.
I totally agree with you as my car suffered minor scratches, driving through one of these "mop-slapping" car cleaners. Though my mission was accomplished, I do not ever plan to drive my vehicle through another.
Even hand washing gets this very hard to avoid I don't run my through but I've worked at a carwash and yea they have problems lol
Man that was a horrible car wash......glad I dont go there.
I didn't see him pay for it either... lol
