Customer service is virtually lacking in Ghana. Nuff respect girl Bless up 🙏🙏 Watching from the land downunder Sydney NSW Much admiration for your fortitude & tenacity. Kudos.
Brilliant and accurate observations; congratulations! These experiences, I have no doubt, will shape you into a much better, mature and purpose-driven person and I can already see you impacting life positively as a consequence. My daughter is your age, maybe slightly younger, and I hope she explores life on the continent, preferably Ghana (I'm Ghanaian-American), as you've done. I believe that for us, Black people, our true worth can only be fully appreciated amongst our own people. Sad to say, but true. It's okay to return to the States to work, as you said; but I predict you would be back living in Ghana, or some other African country, later in your life. It's always better to be where you are celebrated than tolerated. Akwaaba and many blessings to you!
No one ‘needs’ to have an agent apartment hunting. Granted, not speaking the (any) local language, one can come out on the losing end in the bargaining process but not because anyone is a woman. We do have our societal misogynistic issues, obviously more paternalistic than otherwise, but cannot dispute that. “Super-congested” = Accra/(maybe, Tema); not Ghana. You made the point later, though. Having said all that, you are ‘100%’ on point with YOUR experience. Wooh, that was packed! Unbelievable, but very instructive. You even sounded a tad bit Ghanaian from the outset, I had to do a double-take. Easily, voted the most on-point & packed TH-cam video. A+ 👍🏾
In ghana you can buy a land outside a accra and build your own house, in usa how many people own their own homes or houses, life in meant to be living and glad you enjoying yourself, i am from Ghana but living in uk for the past 20 years, try and stay in ghana because life is europe and america is getting harder harder every day, not to talk about the cold weather and the injustice, why do think foreigners are moving to ghana, because at least they can build a house without having to pay for mortgage for the rest of thier life, love you smile and all the 👌
Thank you! I definitely agree that life in general is great here in Ghana, but the economy is not headed in the best direction right now unfortunately 😅

So many people have had this business idea within the diaspora and I haven’t seen it implemented (not sure if anyone has started it) but also I think it’s a matter of people simply not caring enough to take advantage of the services as well 🤷🏾♀️ The customer service culture in Ghana is already a certain way and it would take a lot to change that honestly.
@@ChristinaJane It's doable. Someone has to start somewhere and the rest will follow. Change is difficult, human beings always resist change but eventually they will embrace it, especially when they see the benefit.

If customer service in Ghana is poor therefore, it's an opportunity to start training services.
