I'm buying a dual sense edge wireless just for this game. It will definitely take some adjusting and its a big financial investment, but this game really speaks to me. I played many hours of AC1 and AC2 so this franchise is very special to me. It's not even hype I feel, more like gratitude and appreciation for a developer which seems to be genuinely in integrity when it comes to sharing their vision and serving fans of the series. I plan on sharing AC6 with my girlfriends teenage sons and look forward ro the memories and excitement of sharing the customization ans combat that armored core is known for.
This footage does a good job of demonstrating the difference between "camera lock" and actual FCS locks, with the FCS often lagging behind if the enemy is too quick.
An advise to all AC newcomers: Legs are one of the most important parts of your mech, because they determine how much weight your vehicle can carry. Your power engine / energy source is on other one as it modifies the amount of energy available, as well as how slow or fast your energy bar will recharge.
Should point out that the producer and director have stated the campaign is strictly single player only. You'll have AI allies every now and then depending on the story, but the only multiplayer is online 1v1 or 3v3.
Haven’t played yet but from what I see they really took a lot of positive elements from previous hit AC titles and reworked them to be complimentary and congruent with eldensoulsbourne elements that stood out in successful title. As a long standing Raven/Lynx, I can’t wait to play
Not my style of game but I gotta admit this game looks sick..I may have to get it but I’ll wait until I see more gameplay of it..Are you going to be uploading or streaming this game by chance?
I will definitely be uploading more videos when ever I am able to, I am hoping to get early access so I can have a bunch of videos ready for launch 😍 And I will be streaming it over on twitch.tv/domsroundable upon release 🤩
I've got a lot of concerns about PVP. The hard lock on seems to be completely unbreakable maybe only if you can stagger the person. The turn speed is instant because the camera and the ac are completely pretty much detached during combat. They lied to us about the turn speed in combat being different from out of combat cuz that shit still seems pretty instantaneous to me just they added a boost animation during combat. We don't know what countermeasures we're going to be able to have that still haven't seen any whatsoever in the game. And like you said if you can't shoot down the missiles well then I don't know PVP seems to be in trouble
@@lucky13sj The lock on isnt much of a problem, because people who played the game said the hard lock on lower your aim and accuracy, while the normal aiming make you aim better, my only fear is there no way to stop missiles and people will only use those in pvp.
@@angerskarin9222 yeah but that permanent lock on is what really facilitates those missiles. If it weren't for the hard lock those missiles wouldn't really matter as much like whether you could deflect them or not wouldn't matter because if you remember in the old games if you could break the lock the missiles also would lose track. Minus a few firing forget missiles
@@angerskarin9222 yeah that might be true I don't know. But it does seem that missiles and the lock-on system are going to be points of contention for PVP
Very informative video. A lot of the weapons and "cost deducted from healing" sound similar to EDF Iron Rain. I don't know if you've covered this yet, but do you also purchase weapons and customizations with mission rewards?
Weapons yes, because those are a kind of part. Cosmetics have generally been a matter of taking out an enemy who had the logo you wanted. (Other than that, you have it all from the start.)
Any chance of releasing the raw footage on your channel? i know you're only allowed to show 20 minutes, but I'd really like to see your full gameplays especially with those tetrapod legs
@@Quantum_Cuban No I get it but a game that has a steep learning curve can be frustrating in the beginning and because it’s not a game I’m usually into, I’m on the fence 🤷🏻♂️
@@Quantum_Cubanmean I get your comment but past AC titles had such janky controls and camera settings that it felt like they handicapped you. I mean the fact that people really believed in the AC grip says a lot lol. And many stats werent explained at all making building an ac extremely confusing. I hope they fixed all these issues, would add to the replayability.
Fortunately I can confirm what other's have said. This is a fresh start. Every numbered game has been structured that way beyond AC 2 from back in the PS2 era. (deep lore connections between 4 and 5 set aside.) It's the smart move for them to make and I'm glad they made it. I'm sure there will be easter eggs and references to the past as fun nods (Hi Patches!) but nothing that would hurt to not understand.
It hasn't been confirmed if there will be a public demo or not. They have demo's available at Comicon in San Diego so they might release that to the public in a week or so!
There always has been a story. 4 and For Answer are particularly tragic, 3's story spans across four games, and Master of Arena had the best plot for the PSX titles, with a more personal story of you seeking revenge against the top ranked Raven.

repeatable missions are like killing Malenia over and over again, which is absolutely the must add for elden ring DLC!
and atleast 50 larval tears if possible
I save scum a file right in front of ng+7 Melania. Plus plenty of larval tears. However, whenever.

I'm praying they focus a DLC on adding co-op missions, because that's the one thing I'd love to see added.
@@Sorain1 co-op shouldn't exist in AC, it would break the balance of the game. Go play some other game for that.

Yeah also heard no player co-op
AC VI looks fantastic. Im really looking forward in playing and streaming it

as far as I am aware they have confirmed there will be no multiplayer coop in the game

Excellent video. Hype!!!

I heard that there wasnt a debt system in this Armored core.
was the quad leg ac in the thumbnail and in this video supposed to be red cap from ac4? if so you are very based.
Reminds me of Tie Fighter (MS-DOS) in a way.
Not my typical style of game and with the idea of so much customization and many aspects to combat it seems overwhelming 😂
