Who am I?
My name is James Sinclair and I'm the founder and CEO of The Partyman Group of Companies. I started building my business when I was just 16 as a family entertainer after that I built up an entertainment agency, then moved into building a leisure and day nursery businesses. Today we operate a £30 million business which includes leisure, childcare, outdoor attractions, commercial property, arts and crafts manufacturing as well as one of the UK’s oldest Ice cream companies; The Rossi Ice Cream Company.

Doing great things. Not sure JB was a great addition to the podcast though. Would love for the podcast to get more sophisticated, not less. The audience is more advanced thanks to your tutelage.
It seems the best entrepreneurs in the UK are based in the service economy and employing predominantly low skilled workers, while all the skilled people are leaving. Getting engineers to fix anything is difficult.

Roller city looks like a good size, that you could turn in to a lovely warm warehouse. In essex.. check your spreadsheets.. you might be better off.. just saying
We wouldn’t do that, we make good money at RC; we wouldn’t just close a profitable business down. If it lost money; then yes for sure, but it certainly doesn’t.
