Are heavy, single reps good for building our DL numbers? Or should it be bodybuilding style reps ?
1 rep sets are mostly used for peaking strength (like when a powerlifter is prepping for a meet). 3-6 reps is best for basic strength (which is what will make your stronger over time) and 5-30 reps is best for hypertrophy/size.
WOW after watching this vid I added 50kg into my deadlift (real) (actually happened) (not fake)
