Thank Carson! No big changes to the taller lifters out there. The big rocks are what’s important, how you execute them will slightly change execution but you should still be focusing on the set up, tension and bar path the same
When I'm setting myself up on bench by retracting my back and keeping it all tight, my left side seems to not get as tight or tucked in and when I unrack it feels like that side is much more further out. What do you recommend me to do for this? Great video though!
Good video but should of also mentioned how much arch you have also varies from lifter to lifter. Many may incur lower back pain from focusing on the arch too much.
