    I don't know how you can run 110 miles per week during track season and still have the energy to race. If I ran 110 in the offseason, I couldn't do much speedwork at all without getting injured, and I would certainly have to cut down to 60-70 MPW during the season.

      @@albmena46 There comes a time when the responsibilities of being an adult overtake the ability to put all of your time and effort into your sport, and I have reached that time. I stopped running competitively after college because I can't be putting in doubles and working 50 hours per week while maintaining a social life, unfortunately.
