- Mo Farah, Galen Rupp and Dathan Ritzenhein with support of Oregon Project's coach Alberto Salazar trained hard before Olimpic Games in Font Romeu, France. And they achieved their goal for London and for 2012 Fall as well!
Mo Farah i Galen Rupp trenowali przed Igrzyskami we francuskim Font Romeu. Filmik pokazuje ich tempowy trening (X powtórzeń na 400 m). Na ostatnich dwóch odcinkach Mo ściga się z Galenem. Równo 12 dni później przyjaciele biegli razem na Igrzyskach Olimpijskich w Londynie na 10 000 m. Trening idealnie wpasował się w ich olimpijski wyścig. +Mark Stephens No way. Salazar hadn't trained at an elite level for over 15 years when this video was shot. But even if he was the best 54 year old in the world at the time (his age at the time), he wouldn't have been able to sprint a single lap as fast as these guys were cruising.

Dathan can. He usually does distances over 5.000, but can run the 5,000 in amazing speeds.
