January 22. 2023. I bought one of this a couple of Year ago. Gave it to a very good Girlfriend who hates exercising but now uses it every day. Eventually got another one for my self which unfortunately missed some bearings. Found a third one for 250 Danish Crowns about 35 US Dollars. Took it apart. Greased it. Put on some discs between the pedals and the frame. Works perfectly now. I use it every Day. Glad i found this video. Love KayJay
Just brought one of these home from my in-laws basement. Actually, it's quite the little workout for somebody who hasn't exercised in a while. Glad I found this little video, I'm going to be using it on a daily bases.

I started to exercise on a cardiofit glider everyday or every other day! And I watched this Video, ( This video helped me a lot on how to use this machine, and at this time I would like to say ( Thank You) for sharing this video! (( Exercise it works))!!

These days, I see women showing their shins and wearing ugly black low-cut sneakers and black socks even when they are jogging at night in the dark.
+Beth Lule I have one from the 1990's, but I have been trying to keep an eye out for another one for years. it could be possible that it's obsolete. You may want to check out 2nd hand stores.

I'm 5'2" and had a problem reaching the bottom petals.
Got one of these machines from a front garden of a house which was being thrown away. Definitely gives an all over workout.

Excellent for arms. So happy with mine..use it for physio. Of course all over body workout. Not a gimmick..
