This is one of the best pilates reformer classes I've ever done. I know it's for sciatica, but it is such a great workout! Hope hope people find this video and watch it! I've done it 3 times this week!

Wow, this video is awesome. I ask my physical therapist for sciatica stretches on my reformer, and he didn't come up with anything. I'm so happy I found this video. Your instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Thank you so much.

Looooved this workout! I had a spine fusion L4- L5 a year ago, and still sometime have pain and stifness on lower back, glutes and sciatic pain. This kind of workout protecting my lower spine felt sooo secure and relieved . Thanks

Fabulous workout. I don't suffer from sciatica but am sometimes quite tight in the hips. This was an amazing release. Thank you again for another amazing workout :)

This was a wonderful workout 4 months post hip replacement. Feeling good doing all, and so good to help with low back pain. Including abs, scapular depression with extensions, and everything else you packed into this workout shows how brilliant you are at creating sequences, April!!

Love these focus specific routines! For the clam. Your thoughts toes vs heels together while lifting top leg. Does it matter? 🙏🏻

I like to have the toes and heels touching... that way I can really isolate and not go to far. Hope that makes sense.

Not sure if I did the the video. My heels might be separate but I'm trying to keep them together. Every body might be different.

@@aprilplankpilates Yes that makes perfect sense - I noticed toes were touching in this video and I always thought heels as this is what I usually do - but I wasn’t sure - I notice little things like that too because I just want to be sure I am not learning a bad habit on my own. Thank you so much for your response.
