Thanks So Much for the Rope Trick!!! I use to use Needle Nose Vise Grips and clamp them onto the clutch and hold them while unscrewing the bolts which was hard to do to keep the engine from turning but the Rope Trick makes it Breeze Now! Thanks Again!!!!!
We haven't had any issues. Doesn't get a lot of use but it always starts right up after sitting for awhile. Sorry... if you can't get it shipped from Amazon, I have no idea. lol
So I have a four wheeler same exact set up but when I go to pool started, it’s wanting to go forward when I took it apart. The spring was broke on the clutch so I bought a whole new clutch with spring. Do you think that’s gonna fix the problem?
I think you're on the right track. If the spring was broken, your clutch plates have nothing holding them back and will make contact with the transmission housing because of the centrifugal force created when you pulled the rope. I would expect a new clutch and spring to get you running again. Good luck.
i have a question, what's the difference in pocket bike 2t 50cc engine and like normal bike 2t 50cc enigne, and is there an option to mount bigger cc cylinder, and transmission with gears on pocket bike engine?
@@itzlifzt9501 unfortunately that’s a bit above my pay grade. I can fix something part for part but upgrades and retrofitting… I’m not the guy. I felt like it was shear luck I got the right part to fix this one since the Chinese pocket bikes seem to be about a dime a dozen.
Hey I have a pocket bike the Piston went on my first motor brand new so I just got a new motor and that front small sprocket that you're talking about is like locked up so can you come at me back let me know if it's the clutch should I pull off something off the old motor put it on there should I take something apart just let me know

For future reference an impact driver can remove and tighten the clutch bolts much easier than forcing rope into the head

My chain does not run the frame but it is kinda close. I don’t have anything on the back tire.

If you’re talking about the small sprocket on the transmission not moving, I would open it up and see if your chain locked up.
Hey I have an issue back tire keeps moving when I turn on how do I fix? It’s like I’m accelerating.
Either your engine is idling way too high or your clutch springs are worn/broken. Not enough tension to pull the clutch pads back in.
Yea thays what happened to mine, my ckutch spring was broken, but you might be idling to high
Can I use any 49 cc clutch or those it have to be the same one
I have a feeling if the clutch looks like the one you are trying to replace, it’s probably ok to use.
