I m introvet.. സങ്കടം, സന്തോഷം ഇതൊക്കെ ആരോടും ഷെയർ ചെയ്യാറില്ല..ഒറ്റക്ക് ഇരുന്നലാണ് ആശ്വാസം കിട്ടുന്നത്..പക്ഷെ ആരെങ്കിലും നിർബന്ധിച്ചാൽ മാത്രമേ പറയു..എനിക്ക് ഡ്രോയിങ്, ഫോട്ടോഗ്രഫി, ട്രാവൽ, ഡാൻസിങ്, പെർഫോമിങ്, ഫാമിങ് ഇതിനോടൊക്കെ വളരെ താല്പര്യം ആണ്.. അതായത് എന്റെ ഇഷ്ടങ്ങളും താല്പര്യങ്ങളും വ്യത്യസ്തമാണ്.. ക്രീയേറ്റീവ് ആയിട്ടുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ ചിന്തിക്കാനാണ് സമയം കണ്ടെത്തുന്നത്..ഞാൻ വളരെ സെൻസിറ്റീവ് ആണ്.. പെട്ടന്ന് ഫീൽ ആകും.. ചെറിയ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ പോലും ഒരുപാട് ചിന്തിക്കും.വീടിന്റെ പരിസരത്തുള്ള ആളുകളോട് സംസാരിക്കാനും ഇടപെഴകാനും ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ആണ് അതെ സമയം ദൂരയാത്രയൊക്കെ ഒറ്റക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ യാതിരു മതിയോ പേടിയോ ഇല്ല..ഒരു extrovert ആയിട്ടുള്ള സുഹൃത്തിനോട് എന്തെങ്കിലും സങ്കടം പറഞ്ഞാൽ അവർ അത് മനസിലാക്കേണ്ട രീതിയിൽ മനസിലാക്കില്ല.. നി എന്തിനാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ നെഗറ്റിവ് ചിന്തിച്ചു കൂട്ടുന്നത് എന്നാണ് റിപ്ലൈ വരുന്നത് അല്ലാതെ എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇവൻ ഇങ്ങനെ പറയുന്നത് എന്ന് ചിന്തിക്കില്ല...ഒരു extrovert ആയിട്ടുള്ള ആളിന്റെ കൂടെ പുറത്ത് പോകുമ്പോ തോളിൽ കൂടി കയ്യിട്ട് നടക്കുന്നതും ടച് ചെയ്യുന്നതും എന്തോ പോലെയാണ് Confort അല്ല.. പക്ഷെ Introvert ആയിട്ടുള്ള ആളുടെ കൂടെ പുറത്ത് പോകാനും സമയം ചിലവഴിക്കാനും ഇഷ്ടമാണ്.. എന്റെ ലൈഫിൽ എനിക്ക് മനസിലാക്കാൻ പറ്റിയതും എന്നെ ഒരല്പം എങ്കിലും മനസിലാക്കിയതും ഒരേ ഒരാളാണ്.. Introvert ആയിട്ടുള്ള ഒരാൾ.. എന്താണ് പറയുന്നത്, എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇവൻ ഇങ്ങനെ പറയുന്നത്, ഞാൻ പറയുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസിലാക്കേണ്ട രീതിയിൽ മനസിലാക്കിയ ഒരാളുണ്ട് ... ഒരുപാട് സംസാരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല, ഒരുപാട് ചാറ്റ് ചെയ്യാറില്ല..കുറച്ചേ സംസാരിക്കുള്ളു. But ആ വ്യക്തിയോട് സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോ അത് കുറച്ചു നേരം ആണെങ്കിൽ പോലും സന്തോഷം ആണ്.. He is wise and rare...
ഞാൻ അതു പോലെയുള്ള സുഹൃത്തിനു വേണ്ടി വൈറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നു.

Just because I am an introvert, I am often alienated from most of my batch's activities. I was denied opportunities. They make me feel ignored and I am always sidetracked.
But thanks to those people. They made me stronger and stronger. I have found my own platform to expose my creativity, learned to correct myself and of course learned to enjoy my own company.. 🤗🙌
Me too share similar experiences with you and was humiliated for being less active in groups. I am OK with one to one conversations. But when it is a group of four or more I normally will keep quiet. But I never felt bad about it and was happy then and am happy now. I would rather prefer to be alone than with people whom I don't like.
Remember...those who dont fit in , are born to fly out 😊
May be because your home was a safe place, you were still able to get stronger. But as Anant said, if the environment where the introvert lives too is stressful, in addition to external stress and avoidance will lead to trauma, depression, personality disorders etc.

Time wont change anything. Introvertism is a charecteristic trait. Intro ആയിട്ട് ജനിച്ച oru വ്യക്തി നമ്മുടെ സമൂഹത്തിന്റ oru സ്വഭാവം കൊണ്ട് പല തരം discomfort അനുഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടാകും.അത് മൂലം overthinking & low self esteem ഉണ്ടാകും.
Middle class കാരുടെ കാര്യം ആണ് പറയുന്നേ. This may not be applicable for very rich individuals.

Active ആയിട്ടുള്ള നല്ല interactive ആയിട്ടുള്ളവരെ അവർ mentally strong ഉം, ആര് എന്ത് പറഞ്ഞാലും അവർക്ക് hurt ആവില്ല എന്ന തോന്നൽ കൊണ്ടും, കമന്റ്‌ അടിക്കുകയും കളിയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ടീച്ചേഴ്സിനെയും ക്ലാസ്സ്‌ മെറ്റസിനെയും കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. അധികം സംസാരിക്കാതെ ഇരിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് ഒരു respect കൊടുത്തു കൊണ്ടാണ് ചുറ്റുമുള്ളവർ പെരുമാറുന്നത് എന്നും തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഞാൻ ഒരു extrovert ആയിരുന്ന കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ degree ക്ക് ഒക്കെ പഠിക്കുമ്പോൾ comedy യും, എനിക്ക് പറ്റിയിട്ടുള്ള അബദ്ധങ്ങളുമൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞ് class mates നെ എപ്പോഴും ഹാപ്പി ആക്കാനും ചിരിപ്പിക്കാനും ശ്രെമിക്കുമായിരുന്നു. But ആ അവസരത്തിൽ എനിക്ക് തന്നെ മനസിലായി extrovert ആയ കൊണ്ട് ഒരുപാട് തെറ്റുധരിപ്പിക്കപെടുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന്. നമുടെ വായിൽ നിന്നു comedy കേൾക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി കുത്തി വർത്താനം പറയിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ചില സുഹൃത്തുക്കൾ തന്നെ ചില സമയത്ത് നമ്മുടെ comedy hurt ആയി എന്നൊക്ക പറഞ്ഞു public ആയിട്ട് പൊട്ടിത്തെറിക്കും. ക്ലാസ്സിൽ പൊതുവായ ഒരു ചർച്ച നടക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ അഭിപ്രായം പറയാൻ വരുമ്പോൾ കളിയാക്കി ചിരിക്കും.At last എനിക്ക് തന്നെ എന്റെ ഡിഗ്രി അവസാനിക്കാറായപ്പോൾ തോന്നി ഞാൻ സഹപാഠികൾക്കൊക്കെ ഒരു comedy piece ആഹ്ണെന്ന്. അങ്ങനെ pg ആയപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ എന്റെ character change ചെയ്യാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. എനിക്ക് first day കമ്പനി കിട്ടിയ ഒരു friend നോടല്ലാതെ കോളേജിൽ ആരോടും ഞാൻ മിണ്ടിയില്ല , ടീച്ചർസിനോടും അതെ, class mates നോടുമതെ.ഇങ്ങോട് വന്നു സംസാരിക്കുന്നവരോട് മാത്രം സംസാരിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി.But ഞാൻ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാത്ത experience ആയിരുന്നു.introvert ആയി behave ചെയ്യുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ എല്ലാവരും എന്നെ respect ഓടെ മാത്രം approach ചെയ്യുന്ന പോലെ തോന്നി. പഴയ കമന്റ്അടിയിൽ നിന്നും കളിയാക്കലുകളിൽ നിന്നും രക്ഷപെട്ടു വന്ന എനിക്ക് ഇത് ആശ്വാസമായി തോന്നി.

I am an introvert and my thought was I am someone indifferent from others. people will romanticise introverts but in reality, they won't accept and understand them. All things you said about introverts are right. I tried to imitate like an extrovert during my college days. But that given anxiety and mess to my brain only. All those days I am an under-confident person due to this introversion. I always wondered how others can make friends easily and chit chat with people they know less than a couple of minutes. I thought the life of extroverts are joyful always. When I was 22, I heard about the MBTI personality test and did it. And I realised that I am an INFJ and this was my personality type. I understood all about my personality traits. Now I am happy with my personality and all traits I have.

ഞാൻ ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് ഇരിക്കാൻ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന , ഒറ്റക്ക് ചിന്തിക്കാൻ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന , ഒറ്റക്കിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആരെങ്കിലും അടുത്ത് വരുന്നതോ സംസാരിക്കുന്നതോ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടാത്ത ഒരാളാണ് എന്നാല് ഞാൻ ഒരു വലിയ കൂട്ടം ആളുകളെ അഭിമുഖീകരിച്ച് സംസാരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഞാൻ programs ലീഡ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. So ഞാൻ ഏതു തരത്തിലുള്ള ആളാണ്???

In my childhood I was so naughty and extrovert but as I grew up I preferred being introvert ( don't know why ) ,at the same time I like to communicate and mingle with people on internet and not face to face ...
Its a part of social anxiety.. After some counseling we can manage it.. Have a happy life✌🏻💞

This channel is very informative ....Its an unfortunate truth that our society , and the education system does not give considerations to such personality traits and force children into a single mould - that of extroverts.. its been a huge challenge for introverts like me to survive in such a biased system.. The recent covid lockdown was actually a godsend for introverts .. they got two full years to explore themselves and recharge ...
and what you said about the trait of being quick to judge is spot on... people always begin to comment , troll , abuse people without checking the truthfulness or both sides of the issue .. everyone is compartmentalized because of ones view point and are expected to blindly support his ideology and criticize everything not his ....that has to change
