These didn't work for me, my fix was that my AMD CPU was claiming system ram for the integrated graphics as the CPU has no ram of it's own even though I had a separate dedicated GPU installed, so I had to go into the BIOS and turn integrated graphics from auto to disabled and this fixed my issue. Hope this helps someone. P.S. Keep in mind if you have no dedicated GPU installed this may give you black/blank screens when booting up, so check first if unsure.
i am also dealing with the same problem. Can you please tell me the steps that you did to disable the integrated graphics. my pc specs- 16 gb ram (only 13.9gb usable) ryzen 3550H nvidea 1650 4 gb graphics
Every motherboard is different so I can't really give a play by play explanation (one idea is to look on YT or online to see if anyone has a video on doing this or a tour of your motherboard settings, sometimes you can get lucky and often a brand will have a similar BIOS to boards of that era) also I probably can't leave links to articles so the best I can explain is, turn off the computer and then reboot it, when it starts too boot up keep taping delete or F1/F2, some makes have different boot to BIOS keys such as F8 for example on some pre builds (again look up your make online), then look through your BIOS settings for something like a setting with onboard, integrated video, VGA Integrated Peripherals, Onboard Devices or Built-in Devices. and find the integrated graphics and disable it, (presuming you have a graphics card if not don't as you will be left with a black screen) if you think you might of picked the wrong option just go back into the BIOS and undo said option, if you can't remember what you changed your only other option is to pick the load optimised defaults toggle. Best I can do mate. @@muhammeddanish5987

Thanks bro, it is helpful from your first fix, as of now, will come back & confirm. My issue has been a faulty motherboard replacement from Lenovo in warranty! I am battling this for over a month now. Finally Lenovo has sent a third motherboard after 3 weeks which is not faulty at least as yet! Have had 2 faulty motherboards sent as replacements, unbelievable!! I have a 32Gb RAM chip which I used to upgrade my RAM, since the new motherboard is replaced, after attaching the 32Gb RAM chip and rebooting, HW reserved in Task manager reported 32GB! Your first fix has done it for now. I will wait and see if it keeps working smoothly. Also have AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics in my Lenovo Ideapad 3, shared GPU memory is showing now as 16.9GB, want to try and reduce as I don't game.
here is a formula for calculating the correct pagefile size. The Initial size is one and a half (1.5) x the amount of total system memory. The Maximum size is three (3) x the initial size. So let's say you have 4 GB (1 GB = 1,024 MB x 4 = 4,096 MB) of memory. The initial size would be 1.5 x 4,096 = 6,144 MB and the maximum size would be 3 x 6,144 = 18,432 MB.
Thanks man. I did bios one 3rd option. Mine is lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3, ryzen 5 5600h n nvidia 3050 rtx. Ram was 5.9gb now 7.4gb For bios i pressed f1 or f2 ..
In the Bios if you have a Lenovo were you can change this setting, I would not change it to the 512M option. this can hit the performance of the graphics while running on the AMD graphics only. I would use the 1GB option, you'll only have to give up 500mb more ram, but you'll make sure that your performance isn't hurt. The more complicated explanation: I have testet all the options myself, on the Lenovo Legion 5 17" Ryzen 7 5800H RTX3070 16GB 3200MHZ 2021. therefore depending on how many factors your computer varies from mine, it could be that the results would be different in your case, however, it's one of the most powerful computers with this processer, and therefore, this graphics from AMD, so the results you'll get should not be able to be higher, but maybe a bit lower. to the test: I ran up to 5 videos at once while checking the dedicated ram usage of the AMD graphics in Taskmanager. on the 2GB option, I was not able to make it higher than 0.9GB at the highest, this was done with 5 videos open, and one of them locked at 4K. I also tried to fullscreen the locked 4K video and unfullscreen it, this has an almost certain change of making it go to 0.9GB, even when it's the only video your watching, but again never above that. I did the same test with the 1GB option, and I got the exact same results. with both of these options, the lowest I saw was 0.5GB this happens even while not using my computer anything graphics heavy, or anything at all, literally staring at my desktop background will still make it stay at 0.5GB. I don't even need to explain what happened when switching to the 512M option. It will stay on 0.5GB all the time, or at least try to. Both while not doing anything, and while watching a video or more or just multitasking in any way, because it can't possible go to 0.9GB anymore. it will instead dedicate more of the harddisk space to memory usage, and also use more of that. But this type of memory is far slower than your ram, no matter which type of ram you're using, and storage, even if you have a SSD, even a M.2. it would still be slower. therefore, it performs worse and can lag sometimes. it's not something you will recognize all the time, but it will happen. So it depends what you are using your computer for, and how often you will use the RTX card instead. However, if you never use the AMD graphics anyway, it's better to just turn it off completely and release all of your 3.9, 7.9 or 15.9GB ram you have installed. but if you are using the AMD, then just do it probably, and release the extra 512MB ram there's the difference between the 512MB option and the 1GB option.
I don’t know if this is still userful, but you need to access your BIOS (plenty of tutorials online on how to do that) and disable secured boot once you are in there.
theres a glitch from me i can do the first step and when i enable maximum memory it can to 10260, which is correct but the i press advanced options again and it goes back to 2000 and something, please find a way to fix this.
