HI, I have two IDENTICAL Intel Education Tablets from 2015 (first tablet TXE 1.1.1.1128) (second tablet TXE 1.1.1.1130) I need to make work the Dump from the first on the second. The closest TXE I have found is 1.1.1.1130 I have programmed the memory but it doesn't work, there is no display. Both Tablets use the same ATOM microprocessor but the first has Windows 32 bit and the second has Windows 64 bit, and the PHOENIX UEFI BIOS versions are different . What can I do to making work?
Hi, i have New bios chips for my laptop. Would just using one of them and flashing a standard Bios Bin using CH341 programmer do the same thing? then trying to clean a old bios chip? Thanks

Its a old Toshiba from 2008 which i have to save.. its mothers. and i have already ERASED and reprogrammed a fresh bios on the chip, but it still very intermittent No Display when all else is on and running. So to help understand. Is the ME a diff part of the Bios chip and a normal flash like i did wont correct a damaged ME? If i get a new bios chip, will that have the ME firmware already on it OR not and flashing a bios for the laptop wont help as the ME will be missing? I see how you have to "build" bios with ME into a bin file? then flash that? Does all that go onto that 8 leg bios chip or a totally diff chip for the ME part? thanks
@@xx3868 The ME Region is a part from the bin file that is stored inside your BIOS chip yes. I really don't know if your old Toshiba laptop has intel ME or not, you can take a backup using the programmer and analyze the file to see. If you just bought a new chip it will be empty and you will have to flash it using a proper file for your laptop model. Also you can try to take a backup from another similar working machine and clean the file then flash it to your new chip.

So i have to "build" a Bios and ME into one Bin file then flash it? assuming this is the problem. could also be bad solder joints on the Crystals or a weak component dropping voltage or losing signal between the chips. I think the GPU is ok as already thrown heat on that and picture is perfect when it comes on after a few tries. They say a bad ME will DELAY the Display coming on but i either have no display or display in a few seconds so ME? i not sure. I might Touch up the solder on the Crystals and heat the board to 125-150 and see if a bad joint is to blame. Been a great learning experience this old M/b anyway so i cant complain. I am learning which is the point.

Hi, I don't know your laptop model number or the issue. The new BIOS chip should be empty, and you will get the standard BIOS from where?
