How to Groundline/Groundskate in Destiny 2 - Guide, Inputs and Macro

Gline - Groundline whatever!
For those of you still having doubts, or unable to understand the inputs (controller folks). Here's the layout :
Inputs : Jump - (10ms) - Light Attack (30ms) - Jump+Super
PlayStation : X - (10ms) - R1 - (30ms) - X+L1+R1

RECORDED ON 120+FPS, MACRO TIMINGS MAY CHANGE FOR LOWER FPS.

Macro settings look a bit weird, trying to figure out how to configure it in the logitech software

Check description to get a gist of the timings between each input. Setting up the macro may look different on different softwares.

You just replace super button with shatterdive button. The rest remains the same.

for some reason, it works perfectly in a private match at ~100-110 fps. but in any public destination, the macro breaks and i simply pop my well on the floor. ~90 fps. do fps really make that huge of a difference?

Yes lower fps equates to tighter timing, you may have to adjust the time between the inputs if your fps reduces.

How difficult will this be on controller? I can well skate consistently but this looks like it could be really hard

The only problem on controller is the timing between the green jump (jump to start the tech) and the red jump (jump for wellskate). You need to spam the jumps really quickly. Its definitely gonna be hard on controller, but very possible. Even on mnk, people suggest switching to mouse wheel for jumps just to make it easier to time the two jumps.

This is Steelseries GG for steelseries devices. If you own a gaming mouse or keyboard, you can download the particular software and set up macros easily. Otherwise, I am sure there are other software online for macro as well.

I found a way to do it once every 4-5 times still really inconsistent so I honestly don't think it's worth all the practice...the timing is insanely lucky

You can’t use a macro on controller (console). You will have to properly do the inputs manually on a controller.
