High rise having high risk low rise having low risk and I think live in smaller space with low risk is more sensible decision sab kuch paisa thodi hai and when we knew most of the Gurugram High rise societies are facing structural audits, so low rise is better choice as per my opinion.
@@hih9429 I am not a buyer ..just an observer...not defending..low rise has downside which is lesser open space and back lane is too narrow but isn't whole Delhi like that and many places in Delhi and huda sectors in Gurgaon don't have back lane..is resale an issue there...have prices not increased there but only in high rise..NO...having back lane even though narrow is still better than not having one...and as far as privacy is concerned..it is an issue but it's an issue in all Delhi, Gurgaon huda sectors...what is new in that

Builder floor khane mai kya hota hai tum sab ko ... Muhje pata hai ... Kuch to polish kar ke naya bana hai .... Salo se builder floor ban rage hai delhi or gurgaon mai ... Sabhi low rise hai .....

Low rise apartments alag hote hai builder floors sey sayed aapne low rise apartments dekhe nahi.
Sabki pocket allow hi nahi karegi tu high rise mei hi jana padega na tu fir kya risk dhund rahe hai..
Sir high rise are costly than low rise.
