      Hey @LANDR I have a unrelated question. If I choose the advanced mastering Plan for $199 a year for HD WAV, does that mean the HD Wavs are unlimited with this plan? I tried to see if there was a video on your channel that would answer this question but I'm unable to find it. Help please? :3

      @@kaphonie Check out our pricing page here: www.landr.com/en/pricing/ Advanced gives you access to unlimited mp3's. Unlimited HDWAVS would be the pro plan.

      @@LANDRmusic that's what I was thinking! 🤔 I was confused why the price per year changes when I select the different quality types under each of plan. I was aware that HD Wavs are suppose to be unlimited with Pro but I didnt understand why there were three different prices under the different package plans. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Hello, Nice vid, lots of info.
    What kind of mic would you recommend for at-home audiobook recording in a room which is not sound treated.

    Hi, Ma'am, I am beginning. I want to record my written poetry professionally. In which my line will go in high tone and will also come in low tone. Tell me such dynamic mic and audio interface. So that I can record and mix later. My room is not sound proof. My total budget is $300. But a shopkeeper told me that you cannot do recording with dynamic mic. Please tell me what should I do. Tell me such a mic and audio interface that I will not regret after buying.

    • @isabelasemino2929
      @isabelasemino2929 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can do recording with dynamic mics, don't know why he told you that. I don't know a lot about mics but you can find good, professional usb dynamic mics for around $60 so you can record your poetry from your pc. I was checking out the fifine am8 for example, it has both a usb and an xlr connection so you can start with usb and then evolve to using an audio interface if you want, though I heard it's not that great at picking up higher tones, but idk. Either way there's tons of youtube reviews about several mics so just check them out and you'll see what kind of mic will work best for your needs. Same with audio interfaces.

    A great budget condenser is the Audio Technica AT2020.
    The Shure SM7B has a built-in pop filter. I wonder how it would smell after a few years of use. Sorry Peggy.

    • @random7044
      @random7044 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can probably swap it out if it starts to smell for whatever reason.

    • @ssserotonin1373
      @ssserotonin1373 ปีที่แล้ว

      At2020 is one of the most thin and brittle mics I’ve ever used. I would take a blue yeti over that. I would take a beta 57a and a 57 and a tnt dm2 mastering that impedence into my budget interface (interface impedence should be 4x of the mic for “optimal performance”) over that and have body and much more natural sounding vocals. Mic technique with either is studio quality professional and beautiful. Imo

      The KSM 32 would do well for breathy as well!

      @@LANDRmusicHii! Ik it’s a year late but I have a sm58 but it ain’t working. I just wanna record rap vocals and my voice is just naturally quiet but the sm58 just comes off as quiet. Idk if it’s a price thing but it’s just really quiet even if I’m yelling. My mouth is touching the mic at this point and I’ve moved it all around my mouth but it still comes out quiet. Amy recommendations for mics to buy around a max $200 budget or lower? The rooms I’ll record in will be a lot of background/ambient noise so I think I need dynamic rather then condenser but besides that I got 0 idea. I just wanna hit record, rap/speak into the mic and be good. I didn’t know it’ll be so confusing.

    What microphone does my phone have 🤔

    • @LANDRmusic
      @LANDRmusic  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Cellphones use tiny electret condenser or MEMS microphones. These mics require very little power to function, which is easily supplied by the cellphone battery. They also fit nicely within the circuitry of the typical cellphone.
