So technically i did slow down, partly because i thought the cyclist was a car, but yeah theres a few feet between us both, theyre in one tyre track and i was in the other tyre track.

So why didn't you slow down when meeting cyclists coming the other way?
Camera makes roads look narrow, im on a motorcycle, theres literally about 3ft distance between us.
Maybe more, if it was less than 2ft my elbow would clip them.
