Love your videos! Could you please do a detailed video of what sensors/plugs go where on the evo x intake manifold! There are none online and the forums are 50/50 on what needs to be swapped over or plugged from the lamcer to evo x manifold. Love the videos!

Hey justin since you're going to swap out the OEM throttle body to the Evo X throttle body are your going to do a coolant delete as well? If so can you also make a video about that since it's already off the car if not too much trouble?
How many hours in total did it take to replace the camshafts? This seems like something I wouldn't want to mess up, so I'm trying to gauge the cost of taking it to a shop!
It definitely seemed more complicated than I thought it would be. I was thinking the valve cover come off and can just replace the cams but more steps were needed. I think we split it into two seperate days. One day for removal of old cams, another for install of new cams and put everything back. I wanna say maybe total time was about 3-5hrs if I remember

It would help with airflow but no proven hp gains. If anything, it is stronger and tends not to crack but I know of turbo lancer guys who run stock plastic intake manifold and no problem too. If you do the evo x intake manifold, you need to do an egr delete and get an Evo x fuel rail too since lancer one doesn't bolt on

Head bolts should be tightened to 58 ± 1 lb in sequence, backed off, tightened to 15 ± 1 ft-lb in sequence, then turned 90 deg in sequence then turned another 90 deg in sequence. This is only with stock head bolts as they are torque-to-yield. If you have aftermarket cams, they might be different
No problem! Stay up to date with the turbo install build! My mechanic printed it out for me but he said can either find in Mitsubishi website of Google "Mitsubishi lancer torque specs" make sure to put in which engine you have too. Whether it's 4b11, 4b12, or 4b11t

They drop right in. Just need to tune after install
It's OEM so these are drop in no adjustment needed that's for higher hp applications like GSC S2 cams

Roughly about 20hp increase with a good tune. I did the cams with turbo upgrade so got more power out of it at the same time

Intake manifold doesn't add any extra horsepower. Cams and a tune add about 20hp extra

Hey man, never had those issues. Switching out the headlights won't cause that since it's plug and play. No issues with switching out shift knob too

Yes they do! Will fit RA and NA lancers
Yes literally same engine so your best bet is to go Stage to GSC for any gains and yes Springs and retainers is a highly recommended must.

Not sure but I heard that if you build the 4b12 engine, some caliber srt4 internals fit. Not sure about the cams since I used the Evo x cams
To my knowledge they are the same as 4B11T and the Turbo Theta II.
