Now I won't deny that I really didn't like Dallas Cowboys. Especially during the 90's. Being a Packers fan they were a thorn in our sides for years. I did like them back during the 70's however. When Roger Staubach was the quarterback and Tom Landry was the head coach. Tony Dorsett was the Running Back and Ed "Too Tall" Jones was on defense. But when Mike McCarthy took over as the Head Coach my dislike faded a bit. Not completely but a little. Mike McCarthy was a great coach for the Packers and I never want to see him fail, unless he's playing us or their winning affects us. When he took over as the coach for the Cowboys however I couldn't help but think or wonder if he truly understood the circus he was joining? Jerry Jones can be a nut, but he is an owner who at least demands and anticipates success and he will spend money if it's needed, or not in some cases. Jerry Jones sometimes gets too involved maybe? Again being a Packers fan I don't get to see everything that happens in the Cowboys organization like I do here in Green Bay so I won't pretend or make assumptions about the kind of person Jerry Jones truly is. I do admire the fact that his dedication to his team is very very important and he doesn't accept failures and losing seasons. I'm actually curious about what the Dallas Cowboys fans think? I've seen some comments that aren't too supportive of Dak Prescott. I thought he was your future star QB? With the exception of his injuries he seemed to be a decent QB? Again I'm truly interested. Mike McCarthy is, or was? a decent coach. What went wrong? I know the injuries were a major factor in this season's issues. The Cowboys are a Storied and Historically significant team. During the 70's the Cowboys vs. Steelers battles are legendary games with legendary players on both sides. Hall of Fame players and coaches. I mean no disrespect or offense. I'm not used to not seeing the Cowboys in first place or at the very least in the playoff race. What happened with them. Ezekiel Elliot? And other players?
All teams are predictable man… their problem is their in game IQ… they’re only reason Rush is semi successful (look at his W-L record when starting)!is he runs the damn play. He knows how to read the defense and he understands what he’s not good at… Dak is only predictable because he’s not very good at reading defenses.. Cowboys have 1 great WR in Lamb.. so when it is a pass play, they just have to worry about clamping down on him… that’s what causes Dak to have happy feet… Also, the O line is trash and cannot block for more than 2-3 seconds to where the QB better have that ball gone or it’s a sack.. Dowdle can barely chip block when coming out of the backfield. Zeke should be used more in the passing game… and Micah, well, he’s definitely not a game changer WITHOUT another star player on the D. Trevon is trash since he got hurt and he’ll never be the same.. The biggest problem with the Cowboys are the fans who continue to invest in a team who’s done ZERO in almost 30 years.. Jimmy Johnson PROVED that with the proper leadership, you can achieve the ultimate goal. Now, quit living in the 90’s, stop giving them your time and money, let them hit rock bottom and they’ll be forced to do the right thing. The Jones family doesn’t need to win a SB.. because the amount of money they get based on what they’ve done in the past is CRAZY! A billion dollar organization based on what they’ve done did 30 years ago and more.. This is the equivalent to giving your money to a failed stock HOPING it’ll skyrocket because of what it did in the past.
They can do better than McCarthy. They also can do a lot worse. He can handle the entire roster and he hangs in there throughout the entire season. He doesn’t give in or give up. But he just doesn’t make good decisions in crunch time during the games. He’s slow a-brain.
McCarthy can’t win with Dak and people just can’t see past that! They rather say it’s coaching but Cooper Rush has elevated the offense where he threw to 11 players and has opened up the running game, it’s not coincidence!
Listen.. we don't have a HC... thinking about practice squad RB is the answer is a typical cowboys way of thinking... he has 3 100 yard games in 4 years... 2 of which are against teams with zero defense... the list goes on and on.. beating up on team that are horrible suddenly now the cowboys are all that? Nope. Stop being delusional.. this team is going nowhere
Trade Dak for draft picks and get Shedeur Sanders. Also, get these guys in shape during the off-season. Out of shape is the reason they have so many injuries. Lokk at Jimmy Johnson's teams, no major injuries
We need a scrambler and he don’t do that. That is also reasons why overthe years receivers get let go cause there is no production of receivers it starts with Qb getting sacked.
Why do people keep saying he is a good coach no discipline on the team, cannot manage the clock, a ton of injuries which suggests not working hard enough to prevent injuries, and cannot say a word to contradict either of the Jones,s, playoffs speak for themselves, didn't do anything to help his ground game when Heny and Shaquan available etc, etc, etc,
Jerry needs to step BACK
Jerry Jones has been the problem since day one
It isn't coach McCarthy's fault Jerry mortgaged the team by paying Dak way too much money. Mike's a good coach. He just doesn't have all the tools.
I have been really happy with the Dallas losses. I have hated the team for so long, mainly because of Jerry Jones! Get rid of him.
Keep MIKE McCarthy and Zimmer hire a young OC and let him call plays.
Keep him jus hire Dan Mullen as the OC
And Stephen needs to step back
Draft Arch now!!
Shake his hand, thank him for his efforts, and start looking who's available June 1st for a 1 million dollar buyout!
Whack Prescott needs to go! He’s a selfish clown.

You know, I really don’t know what Jerrah should do, but I know what he shouldn’t do and that’s extend McCarthy.
he is too obvious with play calling
And other teams have said this, that the Cowboys are predictable

Who's the coach that sent the Cowboys 12-5 three times I'm a row. Tell me the coach that did that
Your training socks not one season goes by without a major
Injury! The scrubs can't do squat!get some able-bodies
Braker Mayfield 💯. The Dallas Cowboys will NOT make the playoffs this season or the next season. Lmao 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Listen.. we don't have a HC... thinking about practice squad RB is the answer is a typical cowboys way of thinking... he has 3 100 yard games in 4 years... 2 of which are against teams with zero defense... the list goes on and on.. beating up on team that are horrible suddenly now the cowboys are all that? Sanders will fail in the NFL. He’s never taken a snap under center. And Daddy won’t be there to coddle him. He needs a tough coach!
Here we go with this sh@t again🤦🏽♂️

dak contract has no trade clause
Shut up and learn football and contracts
He talks like everything's great.Everybody's doing the right thing. Then why are you guys losing all the time???
Sanders is not a good pick
My comment was deleted!
