CALIFORNIA is losing money.... are you serious? They charge every good damn pickup truck owner $600-700 or more for registration. Poor people who have 20 yr old cars have to pay around $200 for their cars yearly. Come on! Stop wasting money on useless stuff and finally repair the damn roads. They are losing money, yeah, right. So in order to save people will have to sit at home and not drive. What a nonsense.
