This song is so contradictory of where she is in her life at the moment. "now it's nothing but my way" - "my loneliness aint killing me no more" - she feels very much alone, and has no control in her life which is most definitely not her way.
For some reason a few shots were changed from the original video I grew up with. In the original/alternate video, right after the song's bridge (not the bridge in the video), where she stands on the back of the chair, she actually spins on it for a couple shots. Also, the part where she sings "My loneliness is killing me no more..." for the second-to-last time, she actually looks towards the ground.
