She did all that chair choreography herself, the rehearsals looked extremely hard. I think ppl don't give her enough credit for how talented she really was in her prime and for what she's doing now.

This music video, along with the song, is my long-time favorite coz of this chair choreography! The tricks she do with it are insane and amazing. The combo of dance moves and the outfit is perfection. These are the reasons why I keep coming to rewatch the video from time to time.

@@myopic1949 Sure, with today's iPad and certified Apple ear buds, her songs sounds a lot better. Or else on older day's headphones and ear buds (such as Nokia ear buds), some of them just don't work good on her songs.
Best setup is using 4 desktops speakers and one desktop speaker of 4 ohm, so as to adjust each channel's volume individually (3 separate volume knobs), some parts of her song is not audible with her vocal voice.
Samsung made ear buds that looks like twins on the outside could work with great differences, when using them on the iPads. This is why in the old days I skipped past some of the Britney's songs, why Sony company is this slow to make her vocal voice louder? Why there is not different versions for each of her songs?

So many of Britney’s songs have a different meaning today when you listen to her lyrics. Britney is a beast in her own right. She may need time right now but she will bounce back when she is ready. She has performed for so many years that she deserves a real break. Would I love for her to be touring again, absolutely! As a real fan I prefer to see her when she is ready .
I am shocked how many of her early discography songs became premonitions to her future. I really don't think it would be good for her mental health to go back on the stage. She needs lots of therapy to overcome the trauma she lived for 13 years. To recover from the lithium, the lack of vitamins and nutrients and put her spirit back together. After reading her book, I think she is a powerful person and deserves so much more than we as a society gave to her

And yeah,she was the best teen star ever! Great and catchy tunes,amazing videos,she was stunningly beautiful (her face and her body were to die for),she could dance like no other...These new pop stars are pathetic.
She's not good at anything besides being born pretty, being pretty good at dancing, and catching a lucky career break. She can't sing particularly well (it used to be difficult to find clips of her that weren't already pitch corrected in a studio that she lip-synched to live, but you can find said clips pretty easily now, and trust me, she doesn't have anywhere near the singing talent of any of her contemporaries), can't dress herself, she's dumb as a brick, and she has no charisma. The only reason you like her is because you're nostalgic, she's pretty, she can dance, and she had a tight team of Swedish producers writing most of her songs and lyrics for her and making her voice sound a lot better than it actually is. She and her publicist were also pretty talented at spinning her into a likable person, which she isn't. There are a number of pop stars today who are equally good or better than her at everything she does.
Also, most of that "star power" you're referring to has a lot to do with how much money was put into her career. A tiny list of mega-popular acts do pretty well financially still, but most musicians, even a lot of fairly big-name acts, barely make any money since the music industry went under due to file-sharing. In the 90s/early 00s, lots of money was put into tours, merchandise, movies, videos, publicity, etc. and that money doesn't exist anymore, so most of today's pop stars don't have as big a team making their career look as good as they used to. If no one puts money into your career, you're basically an unknown with potential. If you have 90s music industry money, you're Britney Spears. Most pop stars today are somewhere in between those extremes.
Matt Mitchell She may not have the best voice like Mariah's or Beyonce's but she CAN sing! You don't have to belt notes to be a singer. Britney's vocals are different, definitely. Her unique tone makes her different from the rest. She maximizes what her voice can do. Whispery, sultry falsettos are her signatures. And not many can do it like she does. It's effortless.
Yes, she had a wonderful team of people that helped with her success but she has the quality that makes her the super star she is today.
