I totally get the “I’m a proper knitter now” thing! 😂 That’s what I did with my raglan sweater and it’s one of the reasons I wanted to start knitting socks. I am halfway done with my first sock on dpns, but it’s on pause right now because I’m crocheting a 12” Christmas tree for my room.

You should check out Florence! She has a couple step by step patterns for a sweater and a cardigans that are free and she has a really good video tutorial to go with it.
I wish I had the patience and drive to start a project and then finish it like this. I’ve been ‘working on’ my husbands sweater for months now (I haven’t touched it in forever) and I’m only around the shoulder area 😭. I need more motivation!!
