Au niveau de l'entresol, d'un côté j'aurais fait fermé pour faire une bibliothèque avec un bureau pour que les enfants étudient. De l'autre côté, une salle de jeux.
En bas, quand ce sera bien aménagé, ça va être top 👌🏾 😊😊

The lower levels don’t seem like they’d have a lot of use unless you’re entertaining guests on a daily. Not a lounge not a room just large spaces. Even on the ground floor. Large space with a sink/kitchenette. But you’ve done a great job trying to help us make sense of it 😅.

Location is great, presentation magnificent but architecture is the problem. For that price there should have included luxury rooms and display of opulence. For example b1 should have included a movie studio, fancy wine cellar and be a little bit creative on the facade even if its the back of the residence. They could have included, green space kidogo primary bedroom balcony just spice it up. Ukiingia unaona tu this is the back of the house.
