  • So my original plan was to take on Dumgoyne and Earls Seat. But due to a road closure I opted to take Cort-Ma-Law. Trying to keep my hill fitness up I did struggle at the beginning. But once I was on the first cairn it was a straight forward walk. It was really good to get out while it was nice weather. I was working that night at 5pm or I would have taking on a munro. Hope you all enjoy this little adventure into the Heart of the Campsies.

Thanks very much. Done well last year with the munros. Off to a slow start this year. Only done 1 so far this year. Hopefully soon I'll get a few done. Thanks for watching.

Cheers mate. Gonna get back to the running on Monday. Feeling a lot better now. Really difficult to run with a stuffy and runny nose lol. But feeling a lot better than I did. Do you know when you run a half marathon or marathon can you walk parts of it? Was thinking of sticking to the run/walk till I feel fitter. Well hopefully lol.

Well done Alan , the Campsie’s are great for a wee walk at the last minute. I’ve never known what that wee building was for though. Cheers James

Thanks for watching. If I can remember it was like a building to watch out for bombers in WW2. Not 100% sure. If you google it you will find out.

Cheers mate. It's a good enough walk. Theirs a option to do a circular but it's a lot more bog lol. Thanks for watching.

Definitely. I did want to do something bigger like a munro. But because I was working later on that day. I opted to do something. Thanks for watching.

    Alright mate
Can't beat the campsies for a local hike, as you said it's a bit boggy but still a great Hike.
Over at Strathblane I don't think it's as boggy and some fantastic hikes atb Tam
