Lovely to hear the latest installment of EE. Now if the spirit of my beloved mum would stop by, my day would be complete. 🙋😊 Get well soon!
I hope she does 😊 thank you so much for your support also, that's very kind of you 🫂
Stirling Castle and the surrounding land is absolutely drenched in rich history and the blood of brave Scots ! Great video 🏴🏴🏴
That it is. Thank you 😊
@donaldsimpson7991 Loved your excellent turn of phrase, "absolutely drenched in rich history and the blood of brave Scots."🏴 I have a friend who's had the pleasure of seeing the castle and who is also a bonafide sensitive* and says that Stirling Castle is full of those who have gone on before us. (*I think there are fewer of those than many would have us believe and she herself does not exploit her gift.) She wouldn't go into detail, but in one room she was absolutely sure of a presence behind her. I can't remember much detail to her story but I'm thinking she chose not to turn around. And three cheers for the brave and cunning victors of the Battle of Stirling Bridge!!
@@emilien. Thank you ! I am no writer or bard but the scenery , stories and narration in these great videos stir the blood of a humble but very proud scot 🏴
@@donaldsimpson7991 You are quite welcome, sir. Good on you for standing proudly by your heritage and having great taste in being a follower of Eerie Edinburgh (moi aussi).
My husband was born in the married quarters of Stirling Castle in 58. His Dad was in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.
Nice
Kellysouter4381,why was your husband born in sterling castle?
You just made my evening better. I was sitting alone in the dark, searching for something to watch.
Hope you enjoy it 😊🏴
I’m fortunate to live here. Soar alba gu brath!
I am throughly enthralled by the rich and haunting history of Scotland, there is so much pain and anguish that will never go away😢
Love the mix of history and ghosts 👻🏴
The technical production (on every level) and perfectly delivered informative narrative, has resulted in an excellent production.
Well done team 🙌🙂
As a Scot who had to move down to the South East of England for work , back in 1970 , scenes of Scotland really touch me ❤️🏴❤️ Thank you for the video and also the history lesson . Greatly appreciated 👍 Oops ! I moved down in 1977 ( typo )
A pleasure, my friend 😊
I’m not the only one then
Stirling, my ancestral home. You packed this with much history and ghosts. I was disturbed that the Victorians put their mark on the castle until you mentioned the 1840 fire. I have never been a fan of Edward I and I think English monarchs exist solely to punish the Scots for their sins. And, I once read that green ladies are a uniquely Scottish ghost. Thanks for another great video.
My pleasure, thanks for watching 😊
The tensions between the Scots and English is legendary in European and World History Imo.
Another great video! Stirling Castle has witnessed a lot, no wonder there’s a lot going on…the striding Highlander is a good one and the photo 😳
Yeah, its an interesting one. Looks pretty genuine.
I rewatched and retract my former negative post. This video is EXCELLENT! The author worked hard and did a GREAT job! And history is good too! 👌👍👍👍👏
Stirling castle is a sight to see 😍 definitely had an eerie feeling when I visited but was very beautiful to experience in person.
Ooh its 2 in the a.m here good time for a spooky story, thanx eerie👋ive heard there's lots of paranormal going on in this castle
Lots! Pink Ladies, Green Ladies - the lot 😊
Hi, awesome live ghost stories video I enjoyed it. How are you doing? I'm doing well and so is my cat Benjamin. Have a great day see you next video 😊
I'm grand, Michelle. Thank you 😊 good to hear you and Benjamin are doing well also 👍🏻
Wonderful history! This narrator has the most pleasing voice to listen to that I have ever heard. Thank you so much for the listen.
Your stories somehow make the most difficult days better. Thank you E.E. Gratitude 🙏🏼
And your kindness makes it all worthwhile 😊 thank you so much.
Very well done! Long live Scotland! 💙🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷💙
2:28 in the morning here. I agree with raindog428, brilliant timing. Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure, hope you enjoy 😊
I was there a couple of weeks ago. Such a beautiful place. We then walked down into the city. Had a nice visit with a lovely lady whose shop sold kilts and other souvenirs.
Dear narrator
My knowledge of Scottish history is limited, i am however, developing a real fascination.
The composition, delivery, tempo and tone of this narrative, is awesome! Absolutely perfect.
I truly appreciate a human voice delivering fascinating information.
There’s decades of education and passion behind this production.
Well done 👍🙂
New sub.
🙏🙂 for your efforts and the upload.
Thank you for this beautiful video. I was in Scotland last year and also visited Sterling Castle. It was marvellous, beautiful and mysterious. I love Scotland, its castles, its history, its mysterious stories and the Highlands. It's wonderful to see Sterling Castle again and to hear about it.
My two favourite Castles..... Edinburgh and Stirling. Very interesting, love it. 🙏🙏👍👍👍❤️❤️👍👍👍🙏🙏
Thank you 😊
Whoever is narrating this documentary, his Scottish accent is delightful.
Another Scottish landmark that has personal interest to me. Beautifully presented, addicting imagery, lilting tones. Wonderful Mr Eerie ♥️.
I visited this castle while I was in the Navy. Wonderful experience. So beautiful. I am related to William Wallace's mother on my mother's side.
Though I haven't been to Sterling, going to similar places of historical significance, you can almost smell, hear and see the history..... as if stepping through time. Like the stories and narrations.
Well i'm ready to move in
As am I.
Room-mates!?😂🎉
These videos save my days. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
As always, a voyage of delightful discoveries and reminders that fragile ephemeral existence is bought with the sacrifice of real flesh and blood. Thank you.
It's so sad when I hear about lost loves. Why not in death are these souls not reunited? What a beautiful place with such a sad and violent history. Thank you for keeping these tales alive in such an enjoyable and enigmatic way :)
My absolute favorite channel.❤ You deserve one million plus subs! ❤🎉
Aww, you've made my Monday. Thank you 😊
Your up at 4 am with gallbladder pain and the only thing that can sooth you through is an Eerie E episode.❤
Hello friend! I'm painting today lol just like one other time. Good to see you again. Happy mother's day to your wife and mother.
Hello 👋🏻 i was painting earlier also 😄 hope you're well and happy mothers day to you too.
@@eerieedinburgh Awe thank you!! I think I'm out of my black faze lol. I'm going polar opposite lol. Oh the photos your providing are beautiful! I think my favorite this time is if Stirling with the flowers in front of it. Gorgeous!!
Lovely video , would love to see the castle, I’ve seen William Wallace’s sword, but not been to the castle, brilliant again with ghost stories thankyou
Brilliant as usual. Another wee lesson learned, could watch for hours. Cheers 👍👍🍻🍻
I would love to see that landscape in person; the echoes must be very powerful and somber. I've traveled from London to Dundee and was about to set off for Glams Castle but then remembered all the terrifying tales. Next time I'll try to get to Edinburgh--seems to be much much more to see there. Thank you for this presentation!
My pleasure. You'll love Edinburgh 😊
Outstanding video! I really enjoyed learning more about your country and the brave souls, living and dead, that played such a large part in your history.
Thank you 😊🏴
Great work as always! I always enjoy learning more about Edinburgh and Scotland in general from your channel. I hope to travel there one day. If the Green Lady’s face looked even remotely similar to your reconstruction (gaunt and skeletal) it’s no wonder people were freaking out. Lots of fascinating stories. I enjoy your work and love seeing the stuff you put out.
Fantastic video! I love how you add some history into it which helps explain some of the hauntings. Loved it!
Stay safe ❤️❤️
Amazing ghostly photo! Thanks!
Thanks!
Thank you! 😊
This is a great video! The narrator's voice is so soothing. Love it!
Thank you😊
I've been to Stirling Castle, but alas, no ghosts came forward. Anyway, I love this channel so much! And I'd like to hire this speaker to narrate my life.
Haha - deal 😊
Enjoyed your history review.
I so enjoyed that. Thank you for posting it and explaining its history ❤
😊 Great video as always
Thank you for this opportunity to brush up on the nobel history of this nation.
My pleasure 😊
Fascinating wonderful narration
Thank you 😊
Get well soon 🙏
Thank you, Eerie. 🌹
I've got an ancestor who married an Oliphant way back that goes right back up to the Oliphants you mentioned.
Good morning thank you for the great stories. Happy Mother’s Day to all.❤
And to you, Susan. Thank you again for your lovely feedback.

Beautifully narrated.
Too kind, thank you 😊
Well done, Sir, thank you.
Wow, that voice! I'm in, for more!---I and 5 other friends toured Scotland, & Stirling was one of our stops. It was disappointing that renovations were underway, as it reduced the overall experience a bit, but, Scotland is so fantastic, that I tell others I need to visit Norway (of great-grandparents emigration) so I quit fantasizing about
Scotland.
Who is Narrating this Video?? Sounds like Mel Gibson of Braveheart. Great Video!!
Stirring Stirling, as only a master can tell it ❤
So wanted to go here and see where my ancestors came from. So much history.
Wonderful. Thankyou 💙💙
Amazing work I really enjoy your videos and look forward to every new one
That was fascinating. I myself believe in ghosts . My house that I live in is haunted. I believe it’s the ghosts of my parents. Things are moved , lights go on , tv has been turned on and off on many times. But the thing that made me believe was my mother’s favourite tea cup would be sitting on the counter in the morning when I got up . That convinced me of ghosts were present in my home .Tragic circumstances surround my mother’s death also . I’m a believer.
Great video
Thanx for another great story/history lesson for me❤😊
Absolutely loved this video. I just discovered your channel. Now I'm a subscriber!
This castle is a wonderful monument to the brave Scott's that fought hard battles against the English invaders. What a proud nation we are🏴
Superb as always.
Another great castle. Stirling Castle has always been one of my favourite castles. I have a lot of happy childhood memories of visiting there, and getting to explore it.
It is a cracking place.
@@eerieedinburgh It certainly is. It somewhere I try to go back to as often as I can.
Thanks.
You. Are. A. Star. Thank you, Kellie 😊
This is one of the only channels i smash the like button before the videos even started. 👍👍👍👍👍
awesome video! rocked it out
👿🔱😈... Count Dracula didn't even have a castle this dope 🤘
Fantastic video! Stirling Castle is a magnificent edifice full of memories and spirits. Only wish I had been able to visit in person. One of my favorite haunted castles in a long list of them!

Aww, thank you for the lovely feedback 😊
@@eerieedinburgh you're rather welcome 😊
That was great eerie,I always have an emotional response after listening which is weird n really makes me wonder about genetic memory
Oh interesting. I don't know if you know Blair Atholl? I love it there, feels like i 'belong' there. Not in the sense i want to live there, which i do, but like i am meant to be there 🫂
@@eerieedinburgh ive heard of it,supposed to be pretty blair atholl.i was randomly going thru photos of u.k. castle ruins on a f.b. page without reading the names of the places n just kept staring at this overgrown ruin, couldn't pry my eyes off this photo asking myself why r u still looking at this n barely anything to look at n it was a Sinclair castle which is one of my ancestor names. It looks like there's more than 1 sinclair castle tho.Funny,I wanted to ask u what's some of yr favourite places
@@raindog428 Is that the one near Wick? Blair Atholl, Pitlochry, Arisaig, Hushinish, Durness Glen Shiel and Glenfinnan to name but a few 😊
I just had a look at blair atholl it looks alot like parts of tasmania.. that castle is very..white,but yea pretty area
@@raindog428 Falls of Bruar near there are stunning.
I also love Wales as well and summer set tess😊😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤
Love what you do.
What is the awesome music used as you talked about Mary’s coronation? Thanks so much ❤
Thank you 😊 so that's Memory and Forgetting by Spearfisher. It's a great bit of music.
I hope it was the ghost of Mary Queen Of Scots, very enjoyable Vlog, this is Paul In Whitehaven, Cumbria, England
Hey Paul 👋🏻
I severed with a lad from sterling in the parachute regiment he told me these stories spooky
I ❤ Stirling
When I go places, the things I like to avoid if sight seeing are always castles and houses. I feel all the bad in the walls and don't want to go in .. my parents used to live going to plantation houses, and American mansions and castles. They went on the white house tour. I didn't like that. Doesn't feel right.
I have distant relations that were born at Sterling castle.
I love the country that's what I was trying to say tess❤❤❤❤❤❤

What time do you call this 😉😄
@eerieedinburgh
I was held up listening to some ghostly bagpipes....and a conversation with Mary Queen of Scots! She's a lovely lass! 😉
@@Duececoupe She's always blethering on, that Mary 😃
@eerieedinburgh
True, she has a fair few stories to tell, didn't help buying her a few pints! 😳😲

Wow! Talk about ethereal atmosphere, you have captured it!🌿. I'm English heritage but definitely think they were out of line ever bothering wonderful Scots. But it was all so political and cruel and stupid. Apologies.
Well my heart says thank you. Slàinte mhath.❤
Scotland had a great influence on American [U.S.] history just as the Iroquois Nation did.
हिन्दुस्तान की नई सुबह का इंतजार 🇮🇳🇮🇳🙏जय हिंद जय भारत 🇮🇳🇮🇳🙏
I'm beginning to think Scotland is the most haunted country in the world
Sterling castle Scotland is rich country brave heart William Wallace was one of them Tess they never gave up...I my be English but I am always for Scotland because I love you he county forever tess.😂❤😂❤😂❤😂❤😂❤😂❤
Thank you for the interesting information. My grandfather's last name was Morey. It would be great to know if the Morey that was associated with William Wallace was a very distant relative of our lineage. I'm hoping that a DNA test will help to see if that's possible.😊
Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
