    Narrative:
On January 29, 2025, a Bombardier CRJ701ER airliner operating as PSA Airlines Flight 5342 (marketed as American Eagle Flight 5342 on behalf of American Airlines) collided with a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter belonging to the United States Army. The incident occurred during the airliner's final approach to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington County, Virginia. Both aircraft crashed into the Potomac River following the mid-air collision, resulting in at least 18 fatalities. The plane was carrying 64 people (60 passengers and 4 crew members), while the helicopter had 3 crew members aboard. The aircraft operating as American Eagle Flight 5342, manufactured in September 2004, was a 20-year-old Bombardier CRJ-701ER-a regional jet commonly used for short to medium-haul flights. The aircraft, registered as N709PS, was transferred to American Eagle in December 2013 following the merger of US Airways and American Airlines. The flight, operated by PSA Airlines, had originated in Wichita, Kansas, and was en route to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The helicopter involved was a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk belonging to the United States Army, registered as 00-26860. Its callsign, PAT25, indicates a Priority Air Transport flight typically designated for executive or senior U.S. officials. However, there were no such officials aboard. The helicopter had flown from Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and was carrying a crew of three soldiers. Officials from Joint Task Force-National Capital Region stated that the helicopter belonged to B Company of the 12th Aviation Battalion and was on a training flight at the time of the crash. The airliner was carrying 60 passengers and 4 crew members, while the helicopter had a crew of 3 military personnel. Several passengers on Flight 5342 were U.S. Figure Skating athletes, personnel, and family members returning from a national development camp held alongside the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Wichita. Among them were the 1994 Russian World Pairs Figure Skating Champions turned coaches, Evgenia Shishkova and Vadim Naumov. Less than 30 seconds before the collision, an air traffic controller asked the helicopter crew if they had Flight 5342 in sight. A crew member confirmed visual contact and requested "visual separation" from the plane, which the controllers approved. Moments before the collision, the air traffic controller instructed the helicopter to pass behind Flight 5342. At 8:47:42 p.m. EST, Flight 5342 collided with the Black Hawk, which exploded and crashed into the Potomac River. Flight 5342's radio transponder stopped transmitting approximately 2,400 ft (730 m) short of Runway 33. The incident was captured by a webcam at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, while another video showed a brief trail of fire. The airplane "split in half" in the river, and the helicopter crashed upside down nearby. A pilot in an uninvolved aircraft confirmed the crash to an air traffic controller and reported seeing flares from the opposite side of the Potomac as they were on short final approach.

This video is really poorly edited. About a minute of audio is clipped. The location of the airplane does not line up with the atc audio. You show the crash twice and play completely different atc audio leading up to it. Perhaps a more minor detail but there is no ils on runway 33.

Once again, as a vision impaired subscriber to your channel, I request that you use audible descriptions to tell us what is going on. Typed or written descriptions does not work for people with a vision disability. Also, at least Victor over on Bas aviation provided us with the full ATC audio so I was able to get a better Understanding of what took place. If I have to keep requesting you to use audible to improve the interaction with your subscribers I may have to unsubscribe from the channel. I will see what happens with future content. Music does not cut it.

There are many other creators out there that are better suited towards your needs. Personally, i prefer this style, as I dont always like talking voices in every single video about everything. This allowed me to pause and analaize the content without feeling that i'm doing a disservice to the creator by changing the pacing of their creative vision

Rambos? Are you trying to sound dumb or was that just the inevitable consequence of you voicing your opinion? And perhaps you are not aware that military aircraft have to train to respond to events in the Capitol.
