I'm a man and I'm 167 cm, and I think 165 cm is already decently tall for a woman, at least in southern France. each country has their own size standards. 170 cm is tall for a woman and 180 cm is giant for a woman.

There are a fair few instances here where the wrong height has been listed. Every so often a player's height will be listed as shorter in feet than those of the same height in centimetres. I'm guessing it's just bad editing. I'd also question some of the heights anyway.
Camera angle could make one look shorter than another even if the two are the same. I've seen picture of myself looking only a bit taller than someone who's 4 inches shorter in real life.
