Disrespecting the ball kids is the most douchiest thing to do. They’re the most innocent people there volunteering their time to help out the tournament. There’s no EXCUSE for it.
I don’t think I could’ve sat there and watched that honestly. May have been arrested that day
Verdasco showed how idiot he's from the inside
Well, it’s not disrespecting them. Half of the time these kids can barely catch a ball let alone play tennis - they are not volunteering, they’re just used by charities for a financial agenda
@@18yearsoldnot that means you can treat them like shit. Hell no they’re kids and just because they’re not talented doesn’t mean anything. Dude was crying the Chinese kid couldn’t speak English that’s so trifling
@@joshcarr8918 you’ve clearly never worked in a school as a teacher. He wasn’t even shouting, he was just telling him to hurry up in an emotional way
That Chinese kid running to the bench with the towel....poor pure soul
3:26 : blue+yellow+red
.. and after all that 'quicker quicker' bullshit, he ignored him ! Total prick
dude is a chode
That guys is a complete douuuuccchheee
He was loosing and all he found was ball kid to vent out frustration ,
The fact that Verdasco was on here multiple times says it all
I liked that dude until I learned what a POS he is
I have never seen him do anything before. But he plays with a lot of passion. Not unexpected when you think about it. And Fognini, what could we expect.
He's a lout.
omg image destroyed…why would he do that
He's irrelevant in the tennis world anyways.
Verdasco acting like he’s the best tennis player in history. This is what I sometimes hate about tennis. How can u be rude and disrespectful to a ball kid, who looked no more than 13 years old and not be punished for it. Guy should’ve been defaulted straight away and banned
Agree. I also dont like racquet smashes too, it should be game set match to deliberately break a racquet. At the end of the day, its about being a professional, and a role model to the younger audience.
With that logic you might as well say good bye to roughly half of all the best athletes in the world.
Not straight away banned but I think they should be defaulted and give the game to the opponent.
This is exactly what happen when you think you are a big shot celebrity and the entire world have to bow towards your feet and serve you. These people are nothing more than super entitled d-bags.
It's not that you hate tennis. It's the players.
Verdasco's is a disgrace to fellow countrymen Nadal and Alcaraz.
And spanish racists fans in football stadium
Bro Verdasco and Nadal were good friends, u get sth?
@@acidfelice So what? Still a disgrace.
@aerith119 maybe but his forehand made raaawr hahaha
No wonder he didn’t move on and would never get to where his fellow country men achieved. His behaviour is disgusting
That first dude should NOT be allowed to play internationally!
Verdasco is disgraceful, glad he is not around anymore. Tennis doesn't need him or his antics.
Glad Verdasco is off tour. What a disgrace that guy was.
Show me in one minute that you’re a horrible human being.
Verdasco: I only need 15 seconds
The funniest one was with Bratty Bouchard... The Romanian girl kicked her ass in that match and did the same thing to her at the end! Her teammates were laughing like crazy!
yes i remember that!!! Odly enough, Boucharse career went downhill after that match!! karma !
also Bouchard said that in Canada they do not shake hands in those situations so i'm wondering: "the hel you do in those moments?!" karma acted after that with her loss, was soo good
I would love to have me some Bouchard for dessert 😋
@@MisterWuboh shut up
Verdasco really showed his true colors. If your losing the set don’t blame a young kid. He also insults the country that he is a visitor in.
I often wonder if people who are this much socially inept are actual humans or bots. I am implying you, of course. Do you have some sort of a mental condition? I am 100% serious.
Verdasco taking out his anger on the kid all because of his failed tennis career.
Being number 7 in the world = failed career. Okay.
@@victor-536it doesn’t matter if he is the first human with powers , if someone threats people like and special kids he is just a piece of sh**
@@victor-536 Unless his goal was to be the number 7 in the world, yeah he failed.
Verdasco doesn't speak english. WTF is a ta-oohl???
😂
He speaks that Dopedalish
Too bad subtitles weren't provided to them. Probably thought the guy was hungry and was asking for some food. 🤣
"can you peel it for me" like what kinda baby says that lmao
In Spanish, “Pélamela” is a curse word. It’s sexual in nature. It’s like saying peel mi dick/penis. The fact he said it to what looks like an underaged girl was extremely inappropriate.
Was thinking that it would get shit on his hands and mess with him. Was he just being a prick?
So Verdasco gets pissed off at the young man for not being quick enough with a towel, mocked him for not understanding English, and then ignored him at the break when the young man scrambled to make sure he had a towel ready…he’s a total d-bag. There’s nothing to defend about that action.
Can’t believe the pro tried to make the kid peel his banana. That’s fucked up
Honestly it’s not even close to some of the other things in the video. Sometimes you ask someone to peel it because of the excessive sweat on your hands and because the banana skin’s sticky texture adds to the roughness on the hands. I don’t think it was disrespectful, he asked and was denied. Simple
@@alijohar4937 "Hey there little girl, can you peel my banana?" Yeah, totally normal.
Verdasco is so lame, what a loser😂
NOW THEY GET THEIR OWN TOWELS!!!😂
A long overdue reform. I always thought it was disgusting that children fetched sweaty towels like slaves -- disgusting both hygienically and morally.
Yes, notice how they do not need them as often when they have to walk to get them.
Imagine going into a foreign country and insulting the locals for not speaking your language
They should have kicked him out
Rude and disrespectful. If I am a sponsor, I will pull out my sponsorship.
Not just locals, but local kids. What are you expecting really? Just show a towel gesture and they'll get it
He is Spanish, so English isn't his language and most people around the world know a bit of English or they should if they're involved in international competitions. You don't use your brain much, do you?
@@MMerlyn91It's irrelevant if English isn't his first language. The fact is he's communicating to the ball boy in it and then insults him for not understanding it. If you ever been to China, you would know that many do understand and speak English. The ball kid obviously knew what he was asking for. Perhaps you should try using that small brain of yours.
You know, Verdasco could have learned to say "towel please" in Chinese. Thats easier for an adult in that country than a kid not even in the US
Towel is Mao jin. To be fair, he probably wouldn't pronounce it correctly and the kid would get more confused 😅 chinese is one of the hardest languages to learn, i dont expect that monkey to learn any
@7:40 - That made me laugh out loud! 😂😂😂 Now they give warnings about the grunting if they feel that interferes it with the opponent’s concentration. I’ve seen this happen with Djokovic being warned. 😏
It really sounds obscene when hubby is watching tennis and I'm in the kitchen having to listen to them.
Verdasco is a sore loser in more ways than one.
Intelligent players get their own towels.
Not only Verdasco doesn't know much English, he hasn't done anything worth talking about. Pathetic
I don't disagree about Verdasco but everyone uses the ball kids for towels before covid
Verdasco was cruel
Cruel is not the word...
One of the unintended consequences of COVID is now that the players are now responsible for their towels and I think that’s great. I lose all respect for players when they disrespect another human being, especially a child, for not getting them their towel to their liking.
What bro, you're so big-time that you can't peel your own banana?
I feel like he couldn't do it because of all the tape on his fingers.
That’s why verdasco never made it to the top his behavior says it all!
Isnt this a reupload?
When a player mistreats a ball kid..the world is watching..BIG MISTAKE...😂😂😂
Tsitsipas is the biggest baby on the tour
sadly, i must agree with you, even though it hurts me to agree with you. Im Greek too
He's like "everybody are weirdos, I'm the only one normal here" what a clown :D
And his father too
@@petroszakhariadis8623sad but true, i have been supporting him since his beginnings, but I gave up
This generation of players if full of sociopaths
Now the rule is changed. Players itself should get the towel to wipe there sweat
As a ball kid I would say to Verdasco:
Do your good paid job better, than I improve my not-paid one.
And all this time I thought soccer players were overly dramatic and entitled brats but I think tennis players have supplanted them as the wimpy, whining jerks.
Fognini 🤣👏🇮🇹❤️
Verdasco, King of the Douche.
Fognini is just funny
07:32 Fognini absolutely right here.
oh I agree
And hilarious lmaooo "Imagine this guy in bed"
😂 he is right
Its the one thing I am glad was scrapped...I remember Murray demanding the towel after every point almost....times he didnt even use it. Pathetic carry on...Berdych was another one.. A real sign of insecurity I always thought. Roger rarely carried on with the nonsense.....
Notice that all the dbags are losing. It has nothing to do with pressure, all competition has pressure, it has everything to do with character. The Prima Donna’s have no character.
Absolute drama queens. I'm convinced that most of them act like this because in their head they are all number 1, but in reality they never can make it to the top.
Kyrgios is sometime toxic, but definitely he was joking.
No he wasnt
Google 'gaslighting' and stop defending him.
Flipping a racket into the sky kind of loses him sympathy.
Of course he was joking, are you all fuckin stupid?😂😂
Totally agree. He's done a lot worse but was totally joking here!
Being spanish, Verdasco attitude was far from awful, how can you blame the kid? He isn't playing the match, the sweat isn't making you lose points, he could have been top 1 easily at one point in his career, but his frustration took over him so badly. Look on the other hand, if Alcaraz loses, it's his fault or the opponent is playing better.
If I was the empire for that match, Verdasco would have gotten a few words from me, minimum a warning. UNACEPTABLE
Wrong! Verdasco could never have been number one. You ever hear of Rafa Nadal? Verdasco couldn't beat him!
@stk6mkt I didn't say remain top 1 a lot, but Verdasco had more skill than he actually displayed, because of his mental. Reaching top 7 with this childish attitude is really impressive
"Far from awful" es decir que no es malo. ¿Pero quieres decir que su actitud es maleducado no?
@@javigarcia6444 The obvious answer is that he NEVER would have been number one. He played when Nadal, Federer, and Djokovic were in their prime. Really not being very smart of you.
@@stk6mkt yeah, maybe I slipped a little bit. But he was way better than top 7 if it wasn't for his mental
I would love to run into Verdasco one day. It would be so much fun 😊
Verdasco, Almagro and Ferrer 😮😮😮😮 .... Nadal is really a different breed 🥰
while most of them were douchebags, ferrer was kinda funny, the poor dude was just talking to himself and got a warning
fognini was hilarious as well
he insulted women, what's funny about that?
@@someperson8835both can be true. It wasn’t worthy of a warning, but his sexist comment was bad too
@@someperson8835 to be fair, there was no reason to give him a warning
The misogynistic funny, or the I’m a wanker funny
The first guy is getting his butt kicked now. He can get his own towel 😂
Missed all the times Federer abused the refs and Linemen telling them they are useless and need to learn to do there job. 😂 and trying to explain the rules to the people who’s only job is to know them and enforce them
1 minute in,and couldn't take it.Poor kid.😢
Gasquet got more cojones :D
Nothing tops the time Serena Williams threatened to murder the tiny linesperson.
I watch Ostapenko’s matches just to see her facial expressions and arguments with the chair umpires. 😅😂
I thought this was going to be 10min straight with John McEnroe…….
Kyrgios has mental health issues. Some deride his behaviour; others praise it as much-needed personality. I think he needs help. Some joke to bully a child.
Anyone who praises bullying behavior as entertainment is a failure as a human being.
Yep Nick (twice act) had to be in here if course, you either hate him or you hate him but he's damn good when he wants to be
Ok the Fognini one was funny / somewhat valid lol
Perhaps you'd like somebody referring to your bedroom behavior in your workplace?
Most of these tennis players were bullied as kids to be winners, and subconsciously, they tend to be the same to others for not trying harder.... Take it from someone with Asian parents.
For once fognini.is the good guy, he was 100% Right
The kid chased him with the towel and said "You don't have to ask for this towel. This is the loser's towel." 😂
The disrespect in the 1st clip is off the charts
From the umpire too by saying "they are chinese" smh
Yeah i caught that, and it didn't help if he intended too. A simple circular swipe on face would be better sign for a towel and it is universal language. A japanese, french or spanish pronunciation of towel can sound unlike native speaker. And that disrespect, wow
@@boodeeheru8072 I think the umpire was explaining to the player that he can't understand english because he's chinese, like telling him to cut the kid some slack
*In the heat of the moment, true colors comes out.*
Lol Tsitsipas the 🤡
Almagro wasn't wrong, line judge left his spot and caused the collision. He could stick closer to the fence with no problems
I'm all for the arguments. But when they attack a ball boy or girl that's crossing the line
Playing for money, not for fun. That brings out the animal from almost everybody.
Law abiding citizens have to control their emotions every day, while criminals act on theirs.
The towel kid breakes my hearth.
god bless the kid
The dude asking to have his banana peeled......
Verdasco and Fognini are absolutely disgraceful. Their fines always should have been higher, and they deserved suspensions.
Fognini is idiot/funny, Verdasco is evil/unkind.... not the same
@@paolocantoni7065 I'll give you that
Tbf to Kygrios in the 2nd one, he's got his hands full when he says that. He probably was joking.
Professional tennis players are so self-absorbed and self entitled. And quite honestly, they are just weird social misfits.
Don't overgeneralize. Better to not say anything than to say something foolish and unfair to the majority of players who know how to behave. There's a reason we notice the ones who don't.
The Fognini part was hilarious
I actually understand why players get upset and all. It would probably be best if there were no ball boys and girls as to not experience the behaviour of players personally. Or at least pass the ball to the players in not so obeying way, but more in a relaxed atmosphere. I think that players get too much praise in this regard. Plus, tennis isn’t a sport where time runs out. Hence no need to hurry between rallies.
Maybe they should have isolated anger booths installed for players to get it all out 😅😅😅
I'd be willing to bet EVERY ONE of them was losing the match. Which is no excuse, just childish. Tennis seems to bring out the child in the pros.
4:46 The Romanian smashed Buchard hard in their match and made fun of the handshake snub and thankfully Buchard disappeared up her own backside never to be heard of again.
5:52 Ferrer with Spanish stuff
Perhaps being required to apologize to the abused person on your knees for this kind of behavior would do the trick. "Mr. Verdasco, you will apologize on your knees if you wish to continue. Get to it."
You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat staff members.
I don't particularly like Kyrgios but gota agree that was a joke man
Google 'gaslighting.' And if it had been a joke, it was an abusive one against a powerless target. In public. Degrading a kid is not a joke, bro.
@@charlesfaure1189Oh shut up. Of course it was a joke.
I almost forgot how bad tennis players had their heads up their own butts
I didn’t like how steff’s video froze and some videos were blurry
*The girl in the pink, INDEED, lost her racket. It slipped. You can see it.*
I don't really watch tennis. When I was a kid, McEnroe was the doucebag. Honestly, I really had no idea that there are tennis players who act this way.
No one banters better than Italians 😂 🇮🇹
And no one exprim racism better than italians 🤡
In prision there are much people better persons that verdasco.
To do this with a boy is the worst that you can do.
At 1:43 the little boy was completely embarrassed. That was very cruel from Verdasco.
Where is Benoit Paire?
Disappointed to see Ferrer on this list with comments like that, really rooted for him during his career.... but kinda regret that now
Hopefully it was just a heat of the moment thing! As he always came across very nice and humble
Eugenie Bouchard really thought she was something 😂
I expected Rosols kick to Nadals bottle :D
If that was my son that tennis player would not be asking for a towel, he would be asking
for an ambulance 🚑😡👊🏼
7:30 I wondered the same thing
Do the ball kids get paid for working these tournaments?
I assume the lines people and umpire get paid.
Bjorn Borg was the greatest gentleman on the court. I remember he would take time talking to young boys who were his fans and spending time with them. Borg would also trade playful banter and joke with the ball boys. Not like these douchebags.
He is Scandinavian, these douches are mostly Spanish and Italian, where it is normal to abuse people "below" you. Makes me appreciate Sinner more for his politeness and mild temper, though - to be honest - I perceive his stoicism as more Austrian than Italian.
Who is Verdasco? Never heard of him.
Verdasco is the worst, Burchard see you next Tuesday
first kyrios one was right and sweet also
Tennis players already have with a head start in the DB race.
As I was driving home, I passed a park with 6 tennis courts all empty.
Tennis is circling the drain and no one in the US watches anyone.
Empty in winter eh?
As I was walking down the street I saw like fifty cars parked and completely empty. Nobody drives cars anymore in America.
One of the very few positive things about Covid, that now the ballboys are no longer forced to run to give towels and touch them
get your own towel bisch
Verdasco... I did not know him. Now I know him.
It truly is appalling to watch misbehaving/rude tennis players who, even if they don't win a tournament, earn more annually than the spectators who pay to watch them!
