    Glad you like it! We have put thousands of veggie miles on ours already...lol.... time saving tip: use your thumb to push the stem core into the bell pepper breaking it free. At the same time pull the pepper in half. Throw the core aside and pinch out any remaining white shoulder and tap out any seeds. Put the half right on the chopper. The tiny bit of pepper that might be left around the stem is nothing compared to the huge speed increase. Of course, we have put up over 65 quart bags of peppers alone so time is important. Enjoy PATTIMACK! It's addictive for the first 500 or so pounds of food you chop! John

    Just one suggestion, when you bring down the pusher you want to go faster and follow through with it. I used to work at a pizza place when I was young and going slow made it sooo much harder to slice through the potatoes or what ever. I would slam it down as hard as I could. I was 14 at the time but it cut the potatoes much easier. Although it was wall mounted. I ordered one and will be doing a TH-cam video on it as well. Enjoy it. 😉

  • @garymullins4815
    @garymullins4815 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I know this may sound dumb but to dice potatoes you would slice first and then use the dicing blades?

    • @SouthernBlessedHomestead
      @SouthernBlessedHomestead  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes that would work. I was just demonstrating that it would slice a whole potato and make French fries.
