I just bought one. If I remember correctly, the instructions say not to use carrots because they are too hard for the blades and name a few other veggies not to cut on it which is ridiculous.
Just tell her to remove the two thumbscrews on the top and pull the pin on the handle slide the top part up and off the 2 post's unscrew the 2 screws on the top of the lower part then install new bottom and top replace all hardware.
@@bobreichel Thank you so much! At least you weren't rude like the other guy. Made me & my daughter feel like we were illiterate. My ex could never put anything together no matter what it was. I guess I should've just told him to just read the directions like the other guy said.
I'm in the same boat now sigh so frustrating. I have a different vevor model than the one featured in the video but I can't seem to figure it out instructions aren't that helpful. I can take the blade cutters off with no problem but I can't remove the food pusher block piece. I think it says something about turning thumbscrews but I cannot turn mines even with a wrench dunno wth to do
@@JimmyHopkins-nb6yc Correct it is taking off the thumbscrews but if yours won't come off with a wrench, then I suggest using something to lubricate it like a penetrating oil. Mine have no problems taking it off or putting it on. Not sure why yours would have a problem. Anyway, that would be my suggestion.
This is extremely helpful!
This guy is such a BEAUTY, keep rocking it ba
Thanks so much!
Merci.
Great review thanks.
Will this chip cutter handle sweet potatoes and in all sizes?
They seem to be difficult for most consumer type cutters.

I can't say for sure but the blades are better than most out there
Very helpful. I wonder how it would do hard carrots for soups. 210 lbs.; maybe a little more--cute.
Will cut through carrots quite easily.
@@bobreichel thank you!
Nice video but please next time provide a link where you can buy it.
Just added a link
@@bobreichel thanks
Amazon
@@bobreichel The link is broken now and gives 404 error.
I can not find an 1/8 in. Chopper blade anywhere! I need one….bad….help..
I don't know about getting an 1/8 inch blade But I put a link for this cutter you can buy and it does have an 1/8 inch blade with this set.
I think 1/4 is small as they go according to their site.
@@sheri023 look like 1/4 yes
is it the 1/2 inch or 1/4inch slicer ?
Comes with both
Is it a hassle to take the blades out and wash them?
No it's pretty easy
@@bobreichel thank you.
looks like you have a 1/4 cutter not 1/8 ?
You are correct I miss spoke
I was going to get it, but it's too big. Where would you store this?
I put it in my pantry
Helpful but I wish that you have shown how to actually change the blades. Got my daughter one as a gift & she's totally confused.

@theempress8682 No problem, but thanks. Hope it helped her. I love mine.
